After several years of less than great service at a big name pharmacy, I switched to Infinity. From the 1st visit, until now, I have always been treated with respect & courtesy. No serious wait times. Very kind and professional. I love this pharmacy

Definitely don't care about their patients or their customers I have no insurance I am self pay I was getting 2 prescriptions that cost roughly $1300 found a place $500 cheaper did business with them for 11 months winded up having to go back to infinity and tell me they couldn't do business with me because I used another pharmacy

I’ve been going to Infinity Pharmacy on Neal for several years and have only ever had positive experiences. I’m so thankful for the knowledgeable and helpful pharmacists and pharmacy techs along with the great staff at checkout.

I switched from Walmart to here for supposedly convenience. What a joke. You get a text that your scripts are ready, show up to get them, and they can’t find them and don’t know why you got the text and don’t try to find out.

The sign says accepting new patients but if you call and need Suboxone filled their attitude instantly changes and they tell you no way. Way to not be judgemental. It's a recovery drug that saves lives and they would rather turn you away to the streets and possibly cause a relapse because someone can't get their meds rather than fill a valid, needed script. I saw the reviews and thought yes finally a place to get my meds filled hassle free. Well I was wrong.

I've used this pharmacy since 2013. They used to be very caring and considerate. I am in recovery and take Suboxone. They aren't shy about looking down on this. I'm always treated like a leper except for Michelle at the register. She's wonderful. The techs are self righteous and rude and always act like I'm a nuisance. It's very hurtful.

Not opened on weekends and they don't care if you live 50 miles away, they'll make you come back to get a script. Not very customer friendly

I've used this pharmacy for more then 11 years. The delivery man Rick has always went out of his way to make sure your medicine is delivered timely and complete. I would recommend either location.

Was with my mother, her prescription wasn't ready. We asked how long and how much it was to cost. The lady in the window said 120 but then charged her 190.

I’ve been here since 2011. Couldn’t ask for a better place to work. Mark hired me part-time right after I graduated pharmacy school. He hasn’t been able to get rid of me since! My family and I are very, very blessed.
