I paid for the best car wash which included the interior being cleaned.. like 10 minutes later they tell me my car is ready.. I get in my car only to find it not even ¼ of the way cleaned inside. Dirt was still all over the carpet and the center console wasn't even touched...still dirty... my wheels were still dirty too the rubber mats in my car were soaked... the windshield was still very dirty. those "kids" that work there are lazy af... I came back to talk to a manager and the girl at the counter came out and looked in my car asked if I wanted them to vacuum again. I said yes please... like jeez...it's not that difficult to detail a small car like mine... very disappointed very dissatisfied.. I do not recommend having your car cleaned here... these kids either do not know or don't care about how to properly do their job. I will be sending my report to the BBB about this. If there was an option for 0 stars I would have chosen that...that's how pissed I am.

Terrible job, inside halfway cleaned. Wasn't even wiped down. Usually do a great job, but not this time.

Okay, let's get into it. I ONLY came to this location because I had a full service car wash free coupon. While there, I got an oil change as well. I would recommend confirming the receptionist got your requested service correctly, but a very smooth check in process regardless. They had me fixed up and out quick. One of the gentlemen came out and showed me my cabin air filter, which seriously needed some correction. (No where else in the city I been to, had, so I got it changed) I saw an immediate difference in the quality of my A/C. The oil change was smooth and quick and I got on the road to Atlanta and back with no issues. I will probably come here from now on. At check out the young lady advised of specials and stuff they do for car washes that gave that extra incentive. Side note? Did I lose a hub cap cover in your car wash? If so, holler at me lol. It was already loose so it was nothing you caused, ahaha. Just checking.

They did all-points check and synthetic oil change with complementary car wash for me. They put in the correct type of oil for my European model vehicle without me having to specify anything. They did the full service in a timely manner. I am happy.

The younger white girl at the front desk is absolutely rude she also is lazy I was waiting to at the front desk to pay and she was outside talking with the lube techs smoking her vape. Her attitude is astounding I will not be returning .

I purchased the most expensive carwash they offered. I then had to go home and clean the interior of my car myself. The outside looked okay except the wheels were still dirty. The glass wasn’t cleaned, the door jams weren’t wiped, and the dash was barely touched. The back hatch area wasn’t touched with a vacuum. Very disappointed.
