Very rude, I called about some prescription changes for my daughter seeing as she has been in the hospital. I have always taken care of my daughters well everything, her dr appointments, picking up her meds,making all the phone calls, doing everything for her because she has very bad anxiety and will not talk to people on the phone. So there was a confusion I told her to call as I was already in algood, she told me to call,so I called and apparently she thought I wasn't so she did. I got a lady named Lexi,I politely asked to speak to the pharmacist, because I wasn't sure if they had made some changes, well my daughter called in and apparently got Lexi, she told the pharmacist to hang up on me I had no business calling. I was considering changing to them but not any longer.

I don’t see that it’s gone downhill at all. It’s a business and things happen. They’re human and they’re very busy. I LOVE THIS PHARMACY !! I’ve always been treated kindly. Keep up the great work 👍🏼❤️ The prices are awesome. Love you guys !!

I use to love using this pharmacy. I am highly disappointed now though. They have had a lot of staff turnover, and it has went downhill. I have been using them since they built it in Cookeville, but now I am finding a new one. I went tonight to pick up my rx that my dr called in. The lady was very rude, and wouldn’t help at all. One lady told me I could get it in 15 min. Go back to get it, and there is something wrong with it. No apologies, just plain rude. I was understanding about the situation even though I didn’t agree with it, I didn’t argue with her. So in other words I waited 15 min for a med that I couldn’t get that I was told I could get and should have been able to get but was met with rudeness.

My brother was just diagnosed with a second type of cancer. Has been hospitalized twice now. He can barely walk. Even though he lives in East TN, our mother passed last year and he's divorced. So he's been staying with me in middle TN. Waiting to be discharged from the most recent stay in the hospital, the cancer center notified us that this pharmacy has refused to fill his medications, including pain meds because his address is in East TN, the cancer center is in Knoxville and we requested to fill his prescriptions near my house. Clearly I live 2 hours away and he's been a customer of the food city pharmacy in his town for years. Unbelievable!

I called in 2 refills. They gave me 3. The extra one was last filled in September 2023. The medicine did nothing for me. I threw over 1/2 of it away. I tried to return the one I did not order. They said they couldn’t accept it. I understand that, but why can’t I get a refund on it. I need an answer.

Used to have a great salad bar and hot food bar. Went down hill. It's not fresh, staff has changed for the worse. I blame management. Will not go there again.

Nothing really special; a little cluttered and junky looking. Prices seem very high, and inside looks a bit like a Dollar General.

Starbucks is at it again. My drink comes with cane syrup asked to change it to classic syrup. Instead, tried to charge me 80 cents for a syrup swap. Someone one needs to get this store trained ASAP. Overcharging is a crime. You don't make up your own rules, Food City.

Food is ok. Prices are decent. Customer service is abysmal.The restrooms were clean. This grocery store also has a Starbucks and a food court. The Starbucks drinks were made quite well and the baristas provided excellent service.The food court associates provided terrible service.The food in the food court was subpar. It tasted very greasy like old burnt grease. The food seemed like it was sitting out in the warmer for a long time and was very dry. The grocery store has a lot of food items available plus seasonal decorations and alcohol.The self checkout process was a pain.
