Called local Cookeville phone # and Colby answers and I gave specific description of part (Moen kitchen faucet cartridge) and provided the Moen part # (1255) and he says yes we have 9 in stock and gave me the price before tax $25.01. Drive 35 mins to get there and one look from the guy at the counter and he says "no buddy we don't carry that"..Well I called, "yeah that goes to a call center, that doesn't call us here"..Are you serious Ferguson!!!! Absolutely ridiculous..Do not call this place for parts

Called several times you can never get anybody to pick up the phone. Tried to get people to help me find stuff have sat around on two different occasions for 20+ minutes. No help. The last time I went in there I couldn’t even go pick what I needed and no one would help; literally the worst plumbing supply store I’ve ever been to. As a homebuilder I will never use Ferguson.

I am the Executive Director for Mustard Seed Ranch in Cookeville,,Tennessee. We started a campaign a few years ago to build two new homes for boys and girls who have experienced trauma in their young lives. The ranch provides a loving Christian family that surrounds our children and helps in their healing process so that they can transform from the inside out and become a new creation in Christ.
