Having just purchased 2 Hokas & paid over $360 for 2 pairs of shoes, I recommended my wife go try the shoes. She didn’t find what she was looking for in the Hoka but purchased Brooks instead. She was told by the sales person that the return policy was that the shoes could be returned if within 14 days. She felt pushed to take them home and walk around with them and if they weren’t right that they could be returned. NEVER mentioned for store credit only! That’s a small detail that she left out. Owner would not refund the unworn shoes! Bad business. We certainly won’t be shopping here again, especially when the owner doesn’t care what his sales people tell the customer.

Went in without a clue what my next running shoe was going to be with no plan of buying anything yet. I told the guy what kind of running/exercises I do and he lead me to exactly what I needed!! I couldn't leave without a pair!

Fabulous experience today. Walked in, immediately had wonderful customer service, and after they found me running shoes for my husband (clearance!), I ended up getting myself a new pair of shoes as well (also clearance!). The name is very accurate; I was in and out in 10 minutes!

I came in last week for a new pair of insoles after starting a new factory job, and they have been absolute lifesavers. Great selection and super friendly staff. 10/10 recommend.

Express footwear a new place to me where I went and purchased my new Hoka boots and my wife's shoes for and they also have nursing shoes in their brand. They have a very courteous staff who really try to help us find the shoes that really fit us the best and the best for our walking status. Even our son have fantastic time there. I recommend them to everyone in Cookeville than in the area surrounding concealed.
