I live walking distance from this location and I feel for the employees. When you go in they only ever have one person working the floor and today was no different. The managers need to get more than one person on the floor, we know you have the money to pay another person.

I've been coming here for years and and in the last year, customer service has sucked so bad! As of today, I've switched to another pharmacy! I will no longer do business with a company that has such sorry customer service!

The absolute worse, most rude pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of being associated with. I don't know what the issue is but ever since the very first time I went up there about 8 months ago when I first moved here, I have been treated like a second rate, pos customer. I'm friendly when I go up there, have never been geipey or rude with them, and it's at the point where I'm nervous to even go get my meds half the time because of the level of disrespect and utter and blatant meanness. The app has been broken for over 8 months. At least that is what they say. Idk why it works just fine at every single other cvs I've been too but it doesn't work here at all. You have to call them, or go to the store before they will even begin to fill your meds. Which wouldn't be such a big deal if the staff at cvs was not so rude over the phone and in person. I've been hung up on, insulted and rubbed the wrong way by this pharmacy and something needs to be done about it. Never using cvs or any of their pharmacies after this month. Can't deal with the rudeness and the disrespect that I face there anymore.

I'd honestly give it a 1.5, but since I can't, I'll round up. Impossible to contact a human representative via phone and pharmacy drive thru and in store are often closed due to lack of pharmacist. The app is a total disaster. Better than half the time it won't work. If I owned any stock in CVS I'd sell!
