We dropped in today on our PCS journey from Virginia to San Diego. We have always been big fans of Rich, CrossFit Mayhem, and their athletes. I admire the Christian values they exude. We had a great workout in the morning class, loved grabbing some gear from the shop, and enjoyed coffee/breakfast at the cafe. We wish we could visit more often!

So. Fricken. Cool. Dream of mine to workout in this gym. All the time I thought. Oh my gash I’ve seen Paige here. And rich sitting and that seat:) such an inspirational environment to be in. Shout out to Coach TJ!:)

What a dream come true for me! I have been a massive fan of Rich & of CrossFit Mayhem for years, and it was so surreal to be able to stop in! Everyone was so welcoming, kind and helpful, and made us feel like we were right at home. The gym itself is incredible, and the staff at the merch shop were super helpful & gave us amazing customer service. The facility is so well equipped and just massive! For any CrossFit fan, I highly recommend stopping by and checking Mayhem out! Thanks for the visit!

Great time dropping in at Mayhem this week. I was in town for work. The sign up process was easy. Josh, the head trainer, was quick to follow-up with any questions I had. Levi, my in class coach, did a great job making me feel welcome. The regulars at the class welcomed me and made me feel like I was at my home gym.

Amazing place, it’s great to be surrounded by rich Froning’s memorabilia, but other than that the box itself amazing and I did a drop in and the training atmosphere it’s just amazing, make sure to stop by the gift shop, you will sure find something you like or something with a great discount to take with you

Just started, but I was 30 minutes late due to responding to a house fire. When I got there, they were very understanding and helped me catch up and work with me one on one . The staff seems very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm excited about my process. In the near future.
