My wife went to the doctor and everything was quick. However, their pharmacy told us to come back in an hour for her prescription. We came back an hour later and they told us again to come back in another hour! Even though they already had the medicine ready. If you go to the doctor here, it's best that you ask for the prescription and take it to another pharmacy. Otherwise, they will make you wait for no reason.

Made appointment three weeks in advance sat in the waiting room for hour in half before calling me back to the next room and wait there for 20 more minutes for the doctor.

They say accepting new patients but if you call and need Suboxone filled their attitude instantly changes and they tell you no way. Way to not be judgemental. It's a recovery drug that saves lives and they would rather turn you away to the streets and possibly cause a relapse because someone can't get their meds rather than fill a valid, needed script. I saw the reviews and thought yes finally a place to get my meds filled hassle free. Well I was wrong.

Horrible the worst I have ever experienced in my 62 years...began 4 10 23...ear..labs..never looked at ears. Was told barometer way to much personal info from doc..6.21 ears..reup on meds had to inquire about my results and req 2 life savings referrals..as of yesterday no referrals and thank god for Cookeville regional urgent care..I was diagnosed with double ear infection..today I can hear and I see a doctor for my life savings referral thank god for a facility that cared about me.. Stay away if you want your health a priority..

The people there are very nice and and it never takes that long to get your medication filled and it's a plus that there open on Sunday to.

The staff here is very friendly and providers are very knowledgeable. They offer so many resources for the patient: lab, pharmacy, X-ray, CT, bone density, stress testing, nerve conduction studies, and many more. I love this place. Always felt I was thoroughly taken care of!

I have had the need to use the Urgent Care facility at Cookeville Medical Clinic multiple times since I've moved to Cookeville. The front office staff is friendly and knowledgable, and the nurses and doctors really listen and have always helped me resolve my problems. Their new tablet check-in system was so much easier this time than the old paper forms I was filling out on each visit. I was also pleased with the helpfulness of the pharmacy staff. I'm so grateful to have such an excellent medical service so close by.

When I'm sick, the last thing I want to do is sit at the doctor's office and then drive across town to pick up a prescription before finally getting home to rest. Having a pharmacy onsite is so convenient and I love supporting local businesses!
