I just want to brag on the kindness we were shown tonight at the Cookeville store because our cashier went way above and beyond! It was raining like crazy, and she insisted on walking me and my daughter out to our vehicle with an umbrella! ❤️❤️

They're the only store that carries the knee high socks my disabled daughter needs so her braces won't rub sores on her legs. And they always have great deals.

I went in to pay on my bill I only received a bill no card yet. I gave them my bill then my ID then had to answer several things on the payment screen which took almost 10 min to then be informed I had to pay with Cash only.... How many people walk around with alot of cash now not many cards are safer . I had a large purchase I wanted to make left it there and will cancel the card Too many nice clothing places that will take my money quickly other then Carter's wonder how many other customers you will lose.....
