I went with Badcock on the purchase of a mattress and box spring, discounted in store, and went through financing. They sent me to American First Finance, after making the regular payments for 5 months I called to check the balance and found it's more than double what I actually financed. This company is entirely a scam and I advise you to avoid them in any way you can

The customer service at this store is amazing. The associate that helped me, Tony, was so helpful and a wonderful person. He was very interested in helping me find the perfect pieces for my home. It was such a joy to sit and talk to him. We need more people like him in customer service. You rock Tony!!

My husband and I have bought a sectional, recliner, dining room table, bed frame, mattress, and dresser from Badcock. I believe Nicole has helped us every time and we leave feeling happy with our purchases and valued every time. Every thing we ordered was delivered within 2 weeks and assembled for us. This is the BEST place in town to purchase furniture for your home. It’s not overwhelming when you walk in and you don’t feel pressured to make a sale like you would at other furniture stores. We will continue to spend our hard earned money here at Badcock !

After encountering several nightmares with another large nationally known furniture store in Cookeville. I went to Badcocks to find my couch. Badcock was the first company since we moved here that there wasn't one issue. Item was delivered on the stated date the salesmen said. There weren't endless calls to find out about my delivery. Items arrived in perfect condition, nothing damaged. I couldn't be any happier with the level of service from Badcocks. I will definitely be shopping at Badcocks again.

Badcock Home Furniture is the only place I will shop. The Cookeville, TN store has the friendliest staff. They are there to help but not pushy. And their delivery team is excellent!! 5☆☆☆☆☆

Paid $1,100 for a table and vermeer keeps chipping away. Paid for insurance when I bought the table and they do not want to fix it. Very poor quality furniture at ridiculous prices!! Bargain City Furniture has great quality furniture at half the cost!! Will never buy ANYTHING from Badcock Home Furniture again!!
