Josh helped me have one of the smoothest experienced I have ever had dealing with a car service center. His professional approach and genuinely caring by going and doing the extra mile did not go unnoticed. Because of his and the technicians hospitality and quality work toward me and my vehicle I will trust them and recommend carfix to anyone until proven otherwise. I am grateful and want to suggest that Josh and the technicians get acknowledgement in a pay increase. In closing I have had bad experience in the Putnam County community in the past however Josh gives me hope and optimism and restores a little bit of trust in rehpair shops.”

“We had walked into the dealership, and we had seen our favorite salesman Mr Peter Block! My husband had been looking at this truck for quite sometime now! We talked to Peter about trading in my husbands 2012 Toyota Camry and his 2003 Dodge Ram pickup! Next thing you know, we had come back with our trades and left with the 2024 Heavy Duty Ram pickup! Peter again worked his magic and made my husbands dream come true! He loves the new pickup! Rebates were great and received a great amount of money for our trades! “We’ve brought 3 cars here since moving to Cookeville in October. They are efficient and honest. Their garage is close to my house so it’s extra convenient to drop off and pick up.
Our Elantra needed brakes and rotors. They looked at it and said it was so rusted they were worried if they changed anything that more issues were to arise. They never charged us to look at the car as we decided not to move forward with repairs. The Elantra is 21 years old so we decided to get a new car.
Our Sonata had a leak in the axel and they fixed it. They had our car for a week but we had an extra car to use at the time so it wasn’t needed. The parts & labor were affordable.
We bought a new used Toyota. They did a car inspection for free. We knew we needed a motor mount replaced on it. They suggested we also replace the front motor mount since we wouldn’t have to pay extra labor just the part. Of course a couple days before I needed to drop the car off our window stopped rolling up. They were able to get both motor mounts and the window fixed in 2 days.
They are really nice and keep you updated as much as possible. I did call probably more than I should for an update though.”

“We had substantial damage to our van that was deemed not our fault. The local police officer recommended C & C to tow our vehicle since we had no idea who to use in that moment. We initially didn't know that they also performed auto body repair, so we checked reviews before making a decision on who would do the repairs. Everyone we checked with highly recommended C & C Collision and Towing, so we went with our gut instinct and chose them. Wow, we are so glad we did! Very professional group and they did a terrific job on the front end and air bag damage sustained during the collision. Furthermore, the crash happened right before Christmas, so we assumed it would be well into 2024 before we had our van back. We were very wrong, they had it completed on 01/09/2024! We would not hesitate using them again!”

“I would like to highly recommend Vicky and her husband. This is the epitome of a small “mom and pop” store when it comes to service. They had my Honda self propelled mower for about 2 weeks getting it up and running for me. They stayed in communication with me throughout that time, and let me know the instant it was ready for pick up. The gentleman who does the repairs knows his stuff! Beyond just nuts and bolts, we had a good talk about fuel quality and what to do and not do with my mower for future reference. 140 for a full tune up, super worth it for me. I’m not one to tinker with motors, so this saved me some big bucks not having to sell and replace my mower. I highly recommend! It’s worth the wait on their busy schedule!”
