I had the best experience today! My tire shine didn't work in the wash. The gentleman working went inside and came
to my car with tire shine. He did my ties by hand. Then he took my floor mats and washed them for me. Just a little bit of kindness goes a long way, and customer service is hard to come by these days. They sure showed up today! I will definitely be back.

Quick service. They often have great promotions that hook line and sink me every time. They'll even wash your mats for free.

The car wash ripped a piece of trim off of my vehicle which is a 2023 with no prior damage. (I understand these things happen but should be addressed appropriately) I filed a claim on site as well as uploaded it on the corporate website with photos and a quote to have it fixed. It's been 3 weeks and I've received no response. When I call the customer care line is states their phone lines have been DISCONNECTED "due to a high volume of calls". DO BETTER!

It's great when you can find working vacuums and your monthly sticker gets read. Switching over systems has been real bumpy.

Love that they have towels and glass cleaner and multisurface cleaner for you to use. The vacuums are always very weak.

Not worth the time or money. Car still dirty. Towels were damp. Third vacuum was ok after first two did not have enough suction.

I am writing this review to hear back from the manager. I started the free 3 month trial, but needed to relocate so I cancelled the membership in April. When I asked to cancel the membership, I have asked for a receipt but the employee said it's been processed and there's no need to worry about it. I am still being charged monthly until this day, and have not heard back from the manager for several days now. When I called, the employee said I was the 6th person to call regarding the same issue and that there is an issue with the system. This needs to be resolved, please return the phone call.

Overall good. One side of the vacuum was barely working. But it appears the tire shine output is better. So not too much to complain about.
