We have been sitting for an hour in the drive through. My child’s meds are at cvs and they had twice as many cars and we made it through in 20 min then came over here to get mine at 5:35 and it’s now 6:28 and we are still not at the window.

This pharmacy simply doesn't have their act together. If you honestly value your time at all, go anywhere else but here. They'll lose scripts you'll watch them look for your name in a box of scripts and pass it by. Their employees for the most part with the notable exception of maybe two seem to not know how express scripts works at all and their rewards program isn't that great. I stopped getting my scripts here and go to CVS instead. The two pharmacy employees who are good can't make up for a team that doesn't seem to function as one.

Worst experience ever. I was super sick with strep. So I need my antibiotic asap. Stood in line for over 30 minutes inside because they had the drive through closed. My blood pressure was high and I was super dizzy. When I finally reached the front of the line, the girl, literally laughed at me and showed my prescription to the other girl who also laughed and said it would be an hour to fill it. Fine, they were busy but super annoyed at how unprofessional they were. My husband goes back an hour later and they don’t have my prescription. Shocker. Since they were laughing and not acting professional in any manner, they lost it. My husband had to persistently tell them that I gave them my prescription and I DID NOT take it to the Walgreens across town. They finally found it, and my husband had to wait an additional hour due to the lack of professionalism on the part of these people working in the pharmacy. I hope they don’t treat all of their customers this way. Totally unacceptable.

Darren, the pharmacist and Haley, the intake young lady do an exceptional job! Smart, informed, professional, responsive and caring. They are on top of it! I had 3 vaccinations and it was quick and easy. They answered all questions. I highly recommend the experience if you are looking for competent vaccination. Also Darren and Haley deserve top scores on any measure! I even called the Walmart Corporation number to let them know!

Rude and absolutely didn’t care at all about helping me. With my insurance switch I can’t use Kroger pharmacy any more and I’ve had nothing but issues with my “controlled” medication… it’s a sleep aid. Walgreens on James Campbell told me to call around other Walgreens to see if they had my medication because they were out and then said that since I got it filled once in Vegas (because I travel with my job) they couldn’t assist. FYI THE WALGREENS ON NASHVILLE HWY got me fixed up in 24 hrs and she was great! Even thanked me for coming to her! Teresa is her name and I’ll be back to see her.

Walgreens has been one of the worst out there on getting my meds on time, it's been over a week that it has been called in. When that happens someone just decided to delete it out of the system because they didn't have instead of dealing with it And put it back on the system as Reserve refill. I had to call him to get that fix. Now that it actually comes to getting my medicine filled I am still waiting and the meds are still not in stock. Now it's going on 4 days without my meds.
