Have never had issues till recently. No one except maybe 2 people seem happy or eager to help. I understand this is an incredibly hectic job dealing with the public but last several times we have spoken with someone either on the phone or at the counter they seemed so unhappy and gave the least amount of information and would seem frustrated when you asked more questions. I hope we are just catching them at the worst times but we are changing pharmacies due to delays and customer service with lack of any information. Been with them probably most of my lifetime so this is a unfortunate experience

Pharmacy is responsive via phone and normally no line or a limited wait. FedEx shipping is reasonably easy, with most employees able to do it at checkout. Checkout is takes average length of time depending on periods of the day. Overall, well above average experience in various departments.

On Christmas, you would think Customer Service would be lacking from busy-ness and working on the Holiday - but our cashier, Josh, was sweet as can be and so very nice! He made us feel welcomed and appreciated! It’s insane how wonderful he was! The other cashier there, I didn’t catch her name, was doing the same exact thing to her guest! I have never seen such stunning customer service ?

Mr. Samuel, Borronus (Sorry is spelling is wrong), and Charles were beyond helpful. They went above and beyond to get our situation resolved. People do not take the time out to give compliments anymore due to our busy schedules, but this is a group that I felt I needed to make sure everyone knew how great they were. Terrible experience. Jumped through hoops to make sure my fiancé wasn’t accused of doctor shopping while both doctors are well aware of each other. Now I’m two weeks out without my anxiety meds during the week of my wedding. Kroger refused to let me cancel a prescription, forced me to fill it, I told both doctors, now Walgreens is questioning me like I’m doctor shopping when my doctor has already discussed this with them. I will call my doctor in the morning to have it corrected, but the attitude and disrespect received from this particular pharmacy won’t be forgotten as easily as forgiven. I will never have another script sent there again since they wanna play hot potato with the different pharmacist and medications. Walgreens needs to re-evaluate their staff as well as their record keeping.

I was ready to give up on Walgreens until Teresa went above and beyond. Today she even thanked me for calling her! The Walgreens on James Campbell was a nightmare to deal with and they truly didn’t care at all about helping me. Thank you Teresa for a wonderful experience and making me feel like you made the world stop to help me. You made a difference and I know you’re busy! I’ll be back to see you and your team for sure. Always a 50/50 chance of whether or not you're going to get your prescription. Male pharmacist is great. Female pharmacist is an ego filled power hungry person who will find any reason in the world not to fill your prescriptions even if they have filled the same script from the same doctor multiple times. She always has to "advise" you of every medication before you leave even if you've taken it every day for years. Spring Hill Walgreens fills my prescriptions no problem now. My legitimate life saving medications from my LOCAL DOCTOR. Save yourself the trouble of this wishy washy place and her ego.

Walgreens is awesome! I love the fact that they're still open 24 hours when these days that's almost unheard of. I'm a night owl and sometimes I wanna run somewhere at 2am for some snacks or whatever. Walgreens has got me lol. Friendly staff, clean store. A little disorganized but I can still find what I need.

Very poor customer service. I bought 2 hair products for my curly hair 2 days ago. They are 8.99 each, when I bought them they are on sale for 2 for 12 dollars. Came in today to exchange one of them I didnt like for the other I did like so I can have 2 of the one I like. DONT EVER EXCHANGE 1 THING ON SALE AT THIS WALGREENS. The very rude manager Christy came to help the nice and great cashier charles bc when he is doing the exchange the machine says I have to pay 3.28 which is not accurate since its tthe same product on sale. I had 3 other things to buy today as well. Well instead of seeing the silliness of me paying 3.28 and overriding it. She wanted me to pay it. I told her im not doing that when its an even exchange. She said bc i wasnt buying another in the same transaction i had to pay the difference. Even though the sale is advertised still right now. I left with my 1 and came back 10 min later and returned both of them. I will buy my 2 I want for any price from another company. Money aint the issue here. Its the principle of taking care of customers. Especially when I come here alot. I will never be back since the customer service from this manager Christy is so terrible. She has a poor attitude, customer service skills, and professionalism. Better off to go to s.james Campbell walgreens.

I've intermittently visited this Walgreens for prescriptions over the past year. 3 different pharmacists (not technicians) have been extremely rude just because I ask more questions than most people about my medications and COVID testing. They've treated me like I'm a burden and I'm wasting their time just because I exercise my right to that health information.
