We needed new phones and Nathan was very knowledgeable on which phones and plan best suited our needs. Nathan was patient as we decided on our purchase. He is very good at multitasking and helped others while our old phones were transferring data to our new phones.Thank you Nathan and look forward to doing business with you again.

Just switched to Verizon today, had some issues with transferring my number. I went in to see if it was just user error or what and the man that helped me treated me like trash. Not to mention he did it in front of another couple he was helping. I didn’t butt in, I try my best to always be nice and to give people the benefit of the doubt but he just kept getting worse and worse, making me feel stupid and basically talking down to me- then even laughed at my phone and asked who put on my screen protector because it had a little hair under a corner. When I said I did he laughed a little more and fixed it before turning my phone off and then back on and calling himself to show me it worked. That wasn’t the issue. My iMessages were sending under my email but after being talked to like an idiot almost to tears in the store I just left. Still haven’t fixed the problem but heavily debating on the choice I made to switch because I will not be attempting to go back in there for help fixing this issue. The couple he was helping before me met me in the parking lot after to assure me he treated them the same and that they were sorry that happened.
I know people have rough days and it’s understandable, mine wasn’t great today had spent the majority crying over family issues, it’s not hard to fake kindness for 3 seconds to help someone with a question. I hope his day got better but I also hope he knows he made mine worse by treating me like garbage.

Treated rudely by a woman representative. I'm canceling my service with Verizon and going with Spectrum. I'm 72, too old to be treated so maliciously!!

This was the first store I went to when I realized my son and his wife had highjacked my Verizon Account. For me my phone is my life line. I depend on it. The manager sat down and called fraud alert on the phone. I spent 2 hrs there to no avail. I had shown my ID, and SS card to prove my ID yet I guess I wasn't really me. the police showed up and well I ducked out the back. (I know it was dumb, but the previous 24 hours was pretty roughened multiple run-ins with the police where I couldn't win for loosing). 12 hrs latter still locked out of my own account I was directed to a corporate store in Bristol where I the store manager and the assistant were very helpful and able to identify me as the real owner for the account, restoring my service, putting in extra security, and deleting the two phones for those that had highjacked my account. I wish all the stores staff were trained such as the Bristol store I went to rather than the Columbia location. This store needs to invest in training to help those in destress with fraud such as the Bristol location has.

They are not too helpful. They said that they could not help me. I caught the guy in a lie on how they deal with some customers.

Nate was our salesman and he was amazing! So helpful through the entire process and was honest and open with us, I even had a issue with my number transferring over and he was so quick to help me out and solve the problem within 15 mins of me calling. if you go here we definitely recommend you talk to Nate :)

I’ve been doing business at this store as long as I can remember. The manager, Mike always goes above and beyond to help me out. I have always received great customer service from every representative at the store. There may be other services that are cheaper but as long as I get this type of customer service, I’m not interested in price shopping.

Great customer service here! I’ve came in to get a new phone, as well as to get help with an issue on my apple watch. Both times I was treated with respect and got the help I needed, even at the end of the day.

James Campbell location sucks! Customer service is terrible. When it comes to deals and benefits great! But Customer service and Technical assistance in store is poorly trained. The parking is way to small. Make sure you go early morning or after lunch.Employees at this location are extremely rude. Better remember your login credentials, otherwise they'll unregister your number and screw everything up. It's a long unnecessary process to fix it.Your best chances are to talk to a tech coach on the phone. Otherwise you'd be in the store 6 hours.

I always receive outstanding service at the Columbia, TN location. These gentlemen will take good care of you and have the patience of Job. I'm a bit accident prone w/ electronics so I frequent the location rather often!

The staff are great. But I got sweet talked into switching from AT&T to Verizon…I should have stayed with AT&T. Much faster service in the Columbia area.
