We’ve lived in this area for about a year now, and thanks to my Amazon addiction—we’ve dealt with UPS many times. They constantly are on time, and take such great care of the packages. They always place it in the shade or in a bag if it’s raining. They could just toss the item and not care, but this customer service is just phenomenal.

No local number. Can't get a real human on the phone when you dial the 800 number provided. Our driver is always great but your office is a nightmare to deal with.

Called in about a driver experience and when I got a call back from the office lady she was very rude and was telling me I need to find a place they can leave my packages at because they wasn’t getting out of the truck to deliver my package to my porch! So the driver just threw it in my driveway and the only reason we knew where it was was because my daughter seen it happen because the tracker that he reported said he left it by the door but she seen no problem with that! I was completely understanding that we have animals but if you don’t want to get out of your truck for your safety atleast put on the tracker where you put my package so we can find the package so it don’t get ran over or like I said the animals don’t get it! And it was glasses!!!! And it was just tossed in a gravel driveway! Then the lady wants to just be rude with me because I’m upset with the driver because I have every right to be! I was not being rude to her in anyway until she wants to tell me then I guess you just need to decide where you want your packages! Ma’am I don’t care where you put them as long as they ain’t in the middle of my driveway and lied about where they are just because your driver don’t want to get out of the vehicle! Ups is the only delivery service we have this problem with! We have multiple other delivery services that Either deliver straight to our door or put it somewhere else and let us know where it is!

Just received my Hello Fresh box that was supposed to have been delivered 4 days ago. On Friday they marked the delivery down as business closed undeliverable at 8:45am. It’s being delivered to my house never closed and I work from home. Understand they were backed up from the weather 2 weeks ago but UPS needs to prioritize deliveries based on what it is. The box looked like someone used it for a seat and had been sitting in water. The meat was 50 degrees when I measured the temperature and everything else inside the box was ruined from the water.

The driver today claimed that my "business was closed." It's a residence, you lazy goofball, so you need to actually drive to my house. Deliveries to my area are out of the Columbia, TN Customer Center.

EXTRAORDINARY!!! I'm not sure who is running the show, but if more people in service went above and beyond like them, the world would be a better place. A turkey was delivered to our old home. They tracked down my husband, by maybe facebook not sure. But they got his number and told him that we have a package. How amazing!! They could have easily left it at the door. But nope, they tracked us down, called us and we were able to pick up our turkey and it was still frozen. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! I am extremely grateful :) We have contacted our friend who sends us the turkey and have got our address updated. I just hope the ladies and gentleman who work there know how much that little extra step meant to me!! Thank you!!

I had a package attempted to be delivered at home but because i wasn't there it was rescheduled for the next day. After trying to get a hold of ups without attempt I finally drove to the UPS hub in columbia and asked if there was anyway possible to just pick up my package. The workers were so pleasant and helpful and I was able to pick up my package and not have to worry about it getting sent back to sender. I had tried multiple times to change the address but the sender wouldn't accept changes in address so I was just stuck. Glad that I was assisted so quickly and walked out with my package.

This is the SECOND time that UPS shows (on Amazon) that a package was delivered…..and again it was not!! I’m tired of the falsehoods from UPS drivers . IF they delivered my package ANYWHERE, which I’m beginning to doubt, they did NOT deliver it here!! Tomorrow will be day 4…..I’ve given ample time for the driver, who failed to make ALL his deliveries on Friday, to amend his actions, but I don’t believe it’s going to happen. We shall see what customers service, here in Columbia TN, does to FIND and DELIVER my package UNDAMAGED. AMAZON and WALMART should look for different delivery services!!What’s more, I know I’ll get the usual “I’m sorry for your inconvenience…..blah, blah, from UPS; I just wished the actually meant it and WOULD TAKE NECESSARY CORRECTIVE ACTION!! //s// very unhappy customer!!

Never usually have any problems but on the 22 of June how about they deliver 2 boxes from two different companies to a house on a different street. Lucky this lady was honest and brought them to me. “Read the streets better. Duxberry and Walpole don’t look the same. Do better drivers. Happens to my neighbors too.
