Great company! Also, they are expanding. Every time I go in there are new things they offer to customers!!! I have a farm and lots of animalsAnd it is so nice to go there instead of all the way to columbia to get feed for them. And they have really good quality feed at good prices! Love love love!

I absolutely love visiting MidTenn Supply. The store is fantastic, the employees make you feel so welcome, and important. Top notch customer service. I consider the ladies in the front my friends. I adore Wanda, she's always there to help, or listen.

UPDATE. 4 stars now AN employee named Wanda called to rectify the problem. She was the sweetest lady and extremely apologetic for what had transpired in the morning. She explained what had been going on behind the scenes not to excuse the situation but to give context to why the Manager was frazzled. She made everything right and I am more than satisfied with their customer service. Thank you Wanda! ** BAD BUSINESS ALERT * ** TRIPLE C METAL ROOFING & SIDING, INC. ** First let me start off by saying how much I love living in such a warm and welcoming community such as Columbia. I have met some of the most genuinely kind and generous people here. Today I ran into the first Columbia based business I will NEVER use again. Triple C Metal Roofing & Siding My husband and I required lumber to build a gate for our fence. It was a small order of about $240. Lacking a truck one of our kindest and dearest neighbors offered to pick up the order for us. He did so and he was kind enough to unload it at my house while my husband was at work. Let me also add my neighbor is retired! Approx 10 minutes later my husband calls to inform me the worker at Triple C made an error and loaded the wrong lumber AND that It was now our responsibility to reload the lumber and drive the material back to their facility to have the correct order loaded. I spoke with the Manager myself to see if they could deliver the new lumber to us and was quickly shut down. I then eluded to some sort of compensation or goodwill however small for our tremendous inconvenience and was again met with a resounding no. His reply was and I quote," I will not eat the cost of my employees errors! Sorry honey ". He actually said honey I have never had a business tell me to my face my business doesn't matter!! With so many businesses struggling to stay afloat it is very sad that a customer can be treated with such disregard and bad will. I have never posted negative comments online before, but this required a action on my part. I have them many chances during our phone conversation to make it right and was shut down!!!!

Wife called for a roofing issue that needed fixing and was given a number to be their roofer or contractor or whom ever it may have been. When we called Saturday and the roofer said he would save our number and call back on monday to schedule a time for an estimate. He never called, and we called back on tuesday (today) the man was rude, and we were told it wasnt really worth his time, and claimed he was trying to help save us money because his fee to come out would be more than what the cost of the job would be. So he was effectively wasting our time to "save" us money. With a beam potentially needing to be replaced and a hole in my daughter's ceiling we do not have time to waste. Never recommending this company to anyone.
