We have a Lexus Hybrid. We were told by Lexus that we needed to replace the battery. It would be almost 10k out the door. We searched all over Franklin and everywhere was the same price because they had to get the battery from Lexus. Apparently the battery alone was 6k. The strange thing is the car was reset and no more issues. We still were looking to trade it in or sell it bc we didn't want to pay 10k. A friend mentioned TLC automotive. I took it there told them what Lexus told me and how much it would cost me. They literally quoted me half. I was so excited we immediately dropped the car off. To our surprise they said they checked everything and nothing was wrong. My husband said the battery we need it. They kept trying to get it to light up and the car was fine. They told us it didn't need anything. They could have easily just changed the battery if if they didn't think it was needed. We would have never questioned it. They were honest and informative. We will take all our Lexus and Toyotas there.

Took my brother's Suzuki here they had it fixed within 3hrs he hasn't had any issues with it since..course they have closed the doors on TLC, but I still Thank them...

Does not return voicemail message calls or answer the phone at all in general. Imagine trying to get customer service if something goes wrong IF you gave them your business.

I would have given more stars but their price is decent for the work I had done however there was some miscommunication that resulted in the truck having to be there longer than expected. I was told that work would be done earlier instead part of it was finished and the truck will have to remain there two additional days. Darrin has been very good at communication.

TLC Automotive is exceptional. As I a woman on my own, I appreciate that they don't talk down to me. They are straight up guys. Professional, smart, knowledgeable, experienced and direct. They tell me exactly what they are going to do and what it will cost. They never try to pad the bill or charge me with anything that I didn't approve. They often save me money. I trust them and recommend them highly.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Barry was the most dishonest man I've ever dealt with. Told me my truck would be gotten to the next week. I realize this is an estimate, but SIX weeks is absolutely ridiculous to not have even started. I was more than patient and he gave me the run around for weeks. The only reason I found out the truth was because I called and his partner happened to answer and was actually honest with me. I tell everyone I know to steer clear of this place. Dishonesty is the #1 way to lose business
