“I cannot begin to recommend this shop enough. I’m a full time delivery driver and they have saved my life more times than I can count. Between nails, blowouts, and balding from driving a few hundred miles a week, I have to stop in at least once every couple of months and they are always efficient, reasonably priced, and willing to do whatever they can to help me get back on the road. They have always treated me with respect, honesty, and integrity. They have been willing to work with me on the price for multiple situations: dropping 10 dollars on the price of replacing our brake pads because someone had accidentally quoted the wrong price when I called ahead, discounting tires when I needed to replace multiple at one time because they weren’t safe to drive on, and even patched a tire for free that I got a nail in only a couple of days after replacing it with them. I won’t let anyone else touch my tires at this point.”
“Great business ran by some good people. We had a trailer with an air leak setting at a business about 10 miles from Tennessee Diesel, called and they sent a service guy right out, he diagnosed the issue to a bad valve, changed the valve out and our driver was able to pickup the trailer that night like he was supposed to. I will be doing more business with them in the future.”
“Open late on Sundays. I hit a nail and Walmart gave me a 2 hour wait minimum for a plug. I drove here, he greeted me at the door and told me I needed cash. By the time I hit the ATM and came back, he was done. He asked for $12 but I gave him $20 and told him to keep the change. There are too many tire shops in Columbia but only this one is open on Sundays. This guy has the common sense that people have flat tires even on the sabbath. 10/10, I will be back.”
