Custom ordered a car and gave them a (significant) deposit, then received a call almost 6 months later that they weren't able to build the car. Took another month, asking multiple times for the money back and an impromptu visit in order to just get the deposit back. On top of that, the overall environment dealer-side felt very unwelcoming and the person I worked with was rude throughout the entire process. On the other hand, they have a very hospitable, efficient, and knowledgeable service department!

I was in a bind and needed to purchase a vehicle. I looked into other places for a vehicle but no one responded in a good timeframe. I saw one that I liked online and inquired about it. Julia reached out to me as soon as she could to answer any and all questions I had. They brought me in to look at the car and test it out. Kountry Boy got me taken care of and got me in the car i wanted ! The staff was very kind and welcoming! Will be referring friends to y'all.

This dealer is fantastic! The nicest people ever. Service is great, the management is top notch. Don't pay attention to any negative reviews, they don't understand how technicians/auto dealerships work. They want a "diagnostic" done but don't want to pay for it! If you have a "noise" or an "oil leak", those take time to find. So while the tech spends 4 hours trying to find your problem, do you expect it for free? He could be actually doing work and making a dollar. Don't expect free! As far as sales go, there's no bait and switch. Buying a car, no matter where you go isn't an easy thing. There are SO many factors and extras that come up. I've found this dealership to be nothing but honest and forthcoming.

This place is absolute TRASH. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. We brought our car in for a ticking noise and they did NO diagnostic work to it. Just said it needed a new engine. After over a month of trying to get the warranty company on board, they told the dealership exactly what they wanted them to look into because they would not pay for a new engine without an actual cause of the issue. The dealership completely refused to look into the problem any further but then charged us over $200 for diagnostic work when they didn't diagnose a single thing. Complete incompetence from these people. I wouldn't do business with them if they were the last place on earth. We have already started a complaint with the motor vehicle commission. Crooks is all they are. Didn't want to admit that their incompetent employees know nothing about vehicles.

Went In for first oil change after I bought my truck out of town since no local dealer had what I wanted when I wanted it. I didn't know how I would be treated there since I read a couple bad reviews and didn't buy the truck from them. The lady in the service area was extremely nice and made the process painless. They called me about 15 min after I left to say it was ready. The only downside was that the first appt I could book was a week and a half out but otherwise perfect.

Buyer beware! Went into negotiations by phone with Stan McNabb Cadillac and every phone call they presented a new challenge and a change in the deal. My opinion, don't buy from this dealership...they kept baiting and switching my deal. They want you to finance through their dealership and not through your own credit union so they make impossible and unrealistic requests. After reading the reviews, I'm glad it didn't work out. I wouldn't buy a bicycle from this place!

Check engine light came on so I called to make an appointment to have a diagnostic test done. Had to wait 2 days to get in and had a 8:30am appointment to drop it off so I could get to work on time. I heard nothing from them so at 12:30pm I sent an text to the service person that took care of me, like they direct you to do. By 2pm still no reply so I called. She tells me that they had a technician call in so they were behind. At 4:45 she calls and said that they needed the car another day to finish up. I asked what they had done and she said that the diagnostics test wasn't completed yet but there were codes that came up. The diagnostic test was never even started. They just read the codes, just like I told her I did three days ago, when I made the appointment. So, she lied about them not completing the test because they never started the test. Just shy of having the car for 9 hours and not even looked at. When I picked up my car she said all she could say was sorry. After purchasing 3 vehicles from them and she didn't have enough courtesy not to lie. Last vehicle from them. Only good thing I can say was the gentleman named Bob that took me to work is an absolute pleasure and maybe she could take notes from him on how to treat people.
