Crooks! Look up their current crimes. Been with them since 2018, thought I was happy. Leaving them in 2024 because Regions stole over 141 million of folks money via their illegal OVERDRAFT FEES. Leadship in the company knew, and chose to continue profiting off customers in this way for years 2018-2021. They stole over 1k from me personally and I only just found out this month. Their federal court ordered to pay back to customers and millions of fines with the FDIC. Goodbye. I'll be carefully choosing a new bank. Back in the late 1990's I chose to bank at Union Planters Bank it was purchased by Regions Bank. I wondered what the change would bring. I must say over the years I cannot recall one unpleasant interaction. Whether I'm talking on the phone or in person at one of the branches in town I'm always treated with respect, patience when I have questions, and the employees have phenomenal customer service attributes!!! They also alert me to any suspicious activity which I appreciate their security!Each branch location is convenient and meets my banking needs in a great way!I ? Regions Bank I highly recommend you stop by and 'check' them out!

The tellers at this branch are some of the most poorly trained corporate pawns I've ever dealt with. A shining example of corporate inefficiency. This branch should be closed.

Everyone has good and bad experiences but I can hardly belief the latest one Ive had. I recently had a fraudulent check deposited into my acct. I was told when I spoke to the teller that there was no way to verify the authenticity of the check, only that I had to deposit said check and wait to see if it cleared. I was later informed that the check would be held for over a week. Fine. I didnt try and spend the money, I just waited. I was informed today that the check wasn't cleared. I was then locked out of my acct and told by phone customer service to unlock my acct I'd have to go into a branch and provide my ID and a ticket would be sent for my account to be unlocked within 48 hrs. Upon explaining what happened to a teller and manager and then showing them everything I had from the scammer who sent me the check, I was told the bank wouldn't be unlocking my acct but "terminating the relationship". In other words, they closed BOTH my accounts and didn't fully explain that I now have no bank account with them and they didn't offer to open another. I've had zero experience with fraud but I didnt expect to get punished for someone else issuing a fake check, especially when I asked the bank for help regarding this possibly fake check. Thanks for being a total joke, Regions.

I absolutely love Regions Bank!! I had been with large banks before then I changed all of my accounts over to smaller home town banks!! When I met my husband and moved then I had to move my banks to the town in which we reside.. He was with Regions so I chose them and it’s the best banking experience I’ve ever had!! I was a Finance & Insurance manager for an automotive dealership and dealt with many institutions but Regions has exceeded their service even❣️ They’ve kept me from fraud on 4 different occasions and I have always gotten my money back from them ❣️❣️

Ms. Sil helped my wife and I situate our accounts and make a time sensitive deposit in purchasing our first home. She was patient, kind, and attentive and I highly recommend her and this branch of regions for your banking needs.

Met with Mike Shouse to discuss opening a new account as a new customer. Mike answered all of my questions without hesitation. He was very knowledgeable and clear describing what services were available. Mike then helped me setup a new account and provided me with new account paperwork and instructions how to setup online banking and the phone app. Very pleasant experience.

Making an appointment is useless, management is poor. This is the worst location, regions in general is great. The manager told the employee not to help us because they’re understaffed even though there was 1 other person in the lobby.

This branch took a TN Id and selected an account with no other proof this was the account holder. Turns out it was MY account they took $400 from and handed my money to a complete stranger. This branch is lazy and ignorant. I highly recommend avoiding them and constantly checking your account. It will take at least 30 days for them to fix their huge breach of privacy and get my money back to me. Received no apology from the teller that just handed my money out.

We have recently moved to the Columbia area from Northern VA (suburb of Washington DC). We find the professionals at Regions Bank polite, personable, helpful and competent. The focus on customer support and the positive willingness to meet customer needs is noteworthy and refreshing.

Very RUDE & Very Unprofessional administration does not take out real quality time with clients and discriminates against you if you are of color do NOT deal with this branch Im highly fed up with them they even answer the phone with laziness and unprofessional.
