I have never had an issue with any staff member at any location besides this one. We had an issue on our account. I called when they opened, said they did a ticket and Alesha would call me back after her client. Noon still nothing. I called twice.. never heard from Alesha until I called her the next day because she called my husband who is unable to answer due to work.. shut his card off without talking about a different possible option. No heads up. Said she called him to inform him but that's not helping anything. When I called to pickup the card she said I couldn't because it was his. Okay.. after she started upsetting me by her tone and repetitiveness. I called someone else, they told me they could possibly send through the mail, Alesha got on the line and told me I couldn't get in the mail and he would have to pickup, this was with attitude, I told her he can't due to work and she kept telling me "it's policy, it's policy"..blah blah. Needless to say I called the Franklin branch, they were very proactive, THEY ARE SENDING A CARD THROUGH THE MAIL! So it was possible. I picked up a card today for an extra till it comes in, I will say that a girl who's name starts with a T who works at this location was very nice in giving me the card. Kudos to her! Alesha.. apparently she's an assistant manager... who doesn't know policy apparently. Idk.. if she doesn't know what she's doing, sounds like she shouldn't be an assistant manager.. let alone work there in any position. But if they insist on keeping her there for whatever reason, she highly needs re-training. She gave this whole situation a whole round and round with attitude, when a whole other location approached the problem professionally and quickly. Idk why it was so hard for Aleah's to do this. It was very unprofessional of her and needs to be addressed for additional training.

The worst banking experience of my life and one of the worst overall experiences as far as customer service is concerned. We recently closed two business accounts, a personal account, a credit card, and a safety deposit box with Regions. We banked with them for over 15 years, back when they were Amsouth. In that time my wife and I had our identity stolen no less than 5 times. On many occasions we woke up to $1000+ fraudulent charges on our debit cards, always out of state, and always something they should have prevented but didn't. We never gave out our info, it was always due to a data breach and failure of their fraud systems to catch the charges in advance. It should be easy to figure out I'm not in another state spending $1500 on watches on a Saturday night, Regions can't do it.The last straw was last November when my wife found a $1200 fraudulent charge on her business debit card. She went to the bank the next morning to dispute the charge, which was out of state, and they told her she had to wait until it cleared the account. She cancelled the card and when she checked her online account two days later she noticed the charge had fallen off the account completely. Three months later we went to do our taxes and there was the charge again. She went to the bank again and the manager refused to refute the charge or give her a refund. He said their policy was no refunds after 60 days. That was it for us.We closed all of our accounts over a couple of weeks time. When we closed the first two they asked us why, and we reminded them of the multiple times they allowed our cards to be hacked and used. When I closed the last account the attendant didn't even ask me why, just handed me the remaining balance and told me to "have a nice day." They don't even care enough to ask you why you are leaving. The other reason we left is because of how the bank is laid out. Formally they had tellers you could walk up to and then private offices. Now there are no tellers inside, you have to sit at an open air cubicle and do your private financial business out in the open. Like most banks they still use your social security number and will ask for it out loud, I don't know why banks won't stop doing this. Social security numbers are not supposed to be used in that manner. We moved banks and made more in interest in the first month than our entire time with Regions. There's no reason to let a bank like this use your money for free when others are paying for the privilege. I would avoid Regions at all costs, unless you like to have your identity and money stolen while they take no responsibility.

Very helpful and professional. Didn't mind taking time to educate me on my options and help me set up the best account for my current needs and broke down all of the benefits like online banking. They also explained different options for saving and investing money in the future. Highly recommend this bank and this branch specifically.

I like the changes that Regions Bank has made at their branch locations. Each representative or "banker" can do the transactions that we used to have to wait in line to do, at his/her desk. I recently had to get a new check card because Regions noticed suspicious activity in my account. They are very quick to see, and to respond to, this type of situation. I was surprised and very pleased to find out that the new check card (permanent) can be printed at the branch! No more waiting for it to come in the mail. Thank you Regions for being on top of things!

They went to "universal banking" inside this location. It ties up everyone inside bc they do it all now. If you just need money go to ATM or drive through or you will be here all day. This location of Regions was bad but now it is worse.

I’ve banked with Regions for 6 years and this branch definitely went above and beyond for customer service. The manager greeted me at the door and Gordon provided me financial assistance. Gordon was the most friendly and attentive banker I have ever experienced. I highly recommend.

Everyone here is so pleasant, extremely personable and willing to help. You are greeted by someone almost immediately, asking how they can assist. Usually very little to no wait.
