This is probably the dumbest storage place I’ve ever used. They have the most idiomatic, incompetent staffed I’ve ever dealt with in any professional business.So my unit has been broken into at least twice that I am 100% sure this both times they broke the lock off my door and went into the unit installed thousands of dollars of my items..So I reported it to the only number on their website they have to report things like this, and started a claim with them still currently in progress.So the call me and left a message saying I have to be out by the first of the month . I call them to ask why.Them they say they found some of my items in another unit. So called (sleeping items)They say it looks like someone has been sleeping in this unit ( not my unit but one close to mine )I asked for a supervisor, they would not escalate my call to the supervisor.They said I have to be out but I have to make an appointment with the sight supervisor so I can get my stuff . This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen in my lifeI strongly do not recommend anyone using this storage place . Rated -10 starsFirst off my unit was broken In to , which means there is no telling how long it was unlocked after they broke in . These idiots can’t even put 2 and 2 together and see the bigger picture. My stuff is in the other unit because they stole it from mine . Dumb as a box of rocks .

Raised my rates after not even a year. Thats enough for a one star. And to say it’s because of “operational expenses”. This is literally self-storage. We get it, you want more money. But you won’t get it from me. Getting my stuff out asap.

If you have a storage and a parking space they won't let you in if your 5 days late that is crazy . Most place at least let you get a month behind before they lock you out I'm getting my stuff out to to overpriced and my stuff has mold on it

Terrible phone customer service from the Caribbean. Facility Not very clean and storage doors are older and difficult to open and close. But nothing else in Columbia was available. Now my ceiling insulation is falling in and getting insulation all over my belongings! There’s never anyone present on-site to deal with issues. You have to call the number in the Caribbean and hope they pass your issue along for help. I’m sitting here waiting for my appointment with an employee to look at and fix the ceiling now. I’ll update whether someone shows up or not. Or and the gate is broken again and has been sitting there open for a week. Yes, I’ve called to report…. And to follow up, nope no one kept their appt with me. I called and they said there was no appointment in the system. I asked for a supervisor to call me back. Maybe I can finally get a real person to meet me at the unit to have this fixed. Save yourself a major headache and go elsewhere!

Terrible storage unit. I literally needed my storage for a month until my apartment was ready. So I called to inform that I would be moving out of my storage and the lady informed I didn’t need to pay anything but I had until this Saturday to clear out my belongings. Upon my dad, brother and step mom trying to access the unit, I was locked out and an extra padlock was placed on my unit. The lack of communication, the fact I was made to pay a full months storage fee after being told I didn’t have to is bananas. Then I have to keep contacting customer service because a supervisor doesn’t want to do their job. It’s not my fault the worker gave incorrect information. I don’t feel like I should be charged a full months at all. The rude workers and customer service is unacceptable. I’ll never use this place again and I DO NOT recommend. No one is ever on site for any assistance either.

This place is out for the dollar and that’s it. I removed all of my items and because I had left one broken item they felt the need to continue charging me threatening to send to collections. The resin everything was removed is due to the fact they always have another “fee” added monthly. Not one time did I pay the amount stated when I rented it. It was always more. Ex inflation. Or insurance. Those I understand but they only charge them when they feel like. This place shoul be reported to the BBB. They are thieves. If I could give negative stars believe me I would.

I have been robbed twice at this place along with many others. This place is Unsafe and unprofessional. I truly feel it is an inside job. Police reports are in full affect. If you love your things DO NOT USE Red dot.
