The cashier refused to make my brother a couple of sandwiches when he asked. He was really rude and acted like my brother was a problem because he didn't want to make him some food. When my brother called to complain, he was told to call back later. When he tried to call back, they never answered the phone.

The customer service had gotten so bad here, that I would rather go out of my way then stop at this place ever again... The guy at 4pm refused to make me and one of my employees a sandwich. If your not going to offer the fresh sandwiches, then I suggest taking down the signs that say y'all will.

One of my favorite places to eat while in college. Grilled chicken sandwiches are really good!
