“The shop manager, Ashley, helped me with a quote to fix my car on a Saturday afternoon and made the appointment for me to bring it in Monday at 11 am. I could only schedule the tow for first thing and when I got there around 9 am, Chad and Ashley took me in early, listened to my explanation of what happened, and my budget constraints. Chad diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, worked up the new estimate, and installed the new water pump. He was also kind enough to advise me of a tire that needed critical replacement, and Ashley checked to see if one was in stock. All in all, the crew got me back on the road with enough left in the budget to go get 2 new tires. This is the 2nd time this shop has come through for me in addition to great oil changes and I will keep coming back! Thank you so much!”
