So my phone got broken and I had to go into the store to have my Sim card swapped to another compatible device. So metro pcs charges their customers almost 30 dollars to do just that. So when you upgrade your phone you pay full retail price of the new phone. I'm sorry but metro offers nothing to their customers such as Verizon or att......I have no choice but to pay my bill when i get b paid in 2 days just so in can have them swap my sim card for an extra charge. Curtis is the best though. After 3 weeks I finally was able to get things fixed and he saved me money that I couldn't afford to pay at that moment.

The young tatted guy was very unprofessional didn't want to sell us a phone then when he did sell it he instead of looking up my man's info to switch his phone to the new one he added it to my line which wasn't what we wanted now he can't even get his number back or even got a working phone

Don't ever get a phone from Metro by T-Mobile they're horrible they'll tell you anything they want to get you to sign with them and then once they do they don't care about you anymore!! I literally just paid a bill a month ago unlimited everything my phone didn't work the whole month and they didn't reimburse me they didn't do anything so I switched 2 T-Mobile.

Don't ever get a phone from Metro by T-Mobile they're horrible they'll tell you anything they want to get you to sign with them and then once they do they don't care about you anymore!! I literally just paid a bill a month ago unlimited everything my phone didn't work the whole month and they didn't reimburse me they didn't do anything so I switched 2 T-Mobile.

Great location, clean but they don't have enough staff to assist customers. I've always had to wait for help for more than 20+ minutes.

I was wanting to change service due better deal.....which it's NOT WAT I WANTED TO DO, AFTER AN HOUR OF BEING TOLD I COULDN'T GET THE PIN ?# I WENT BACK TO METROPCS AND CURTIS HELP ME WITH NEW PHN, HE AWELL HELPED ME A FEW WEEKS AGO AT ANOTHER LOCATION, NEED MORE PPL IN THIS WORLD AND COMPANY LIKE HIM.....THANK YOU CURTIS IM OVER SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE HE CONTINUED TO GIVE!!

Horrible customer service they never answer their phone. Trying to switch over and keep the same number and they gave us the wrong transfer pin on purpose. And the customer service was just horrible 0/10 would not recommend
