I just started my service and bought a new phone 4 1/2 months ago. Over the last two weeks I have slowly begun to lose service to the point that there are significantly more areas without it than with it. When I do have service it's extremely slow. My service with them has always been slow but I just assumed that was because they're cheap. Now I find out they're tearing down all the 4G towers and they sold me a 4G phone recently without telling me it was about to be obsolete. When I went in to figure out what was wrong the guy just tried selling me a new phone without acknowledging that it was their companies fault that I was in this position. Clearly I'm not due for an upgrade since my phone is so new and if I buy I new phone I'm certainly not buying it from them. The customer service people seem really nice but, be careful, this is a deceitful company with employees only out for their commission at your expense. I went in to get my account info to change companies (because you can't just get it over the phone) and Savanna was immediately stand offish and rude.

I'd have to say that Savanna Ramos was informative, speedy, and the kindest customer service provider I have encountered in a while. My phone service has been exceptional, and I am thrilled with t-mobile: 1100 Nashville Hwy, Columbia, Tenn. (Metro by t-mobile).

Such a great place ! Tucker is Truly amazing he got me set up super fast and easy & sold me 2 amazing devices and Amazing Prices! Thank you for having someone like Tucker on y’all’s team, he is definitely someone that was truly helpful at this location

We asked to use smart pay for our phone upgrades but the person working didn't do that and charged us 600 dollars for phones we thought we were putting on smart pay and now they are refusing to refund our money even though corporate and customer service said they can! Absolute worst service I've ever recieved in my life. The DM needs to be fired for cussing at customers. This location needs a whole new staff or to be shut down.

Unhelpful rude staff. Visit the location in Campbell Plaza. They were helpful, kind and easily did what I was assured at this location was impossible. Wont return to this location.

they charged me for a dog tracking collar that I wasn't told about I've also been charged sixteen extra dollars for something else but won't and can't find that till I pay my bill on Monday August 3rd 2020

Loved loved loved this place honestly and the manager she always gets me right every time I come into the store I referred some ppl and was told she took excellent care of them. I’d highly recommend this location for phones or help with phones and deals because let me tell you she’ll definitely work with you. Thanks Kee from me and the McFarland family
