Even though we live in Murfreesboro, we have purchased 4 vehicles from them. All 4 have been reliable, great quality, used vehicles for our family! In 2021 I purchased a Trailblazer from the Chevy here in Murfreesboro and when it needed repairs, the receptionist kept taking my number but no one ever called me back. I got fed up and decided to contact Stan McNabb in Columbia and they did not disappoint! John Wasserman got me in for the diagnostic that same weekend, informed me the part was on back order, and kept in contact until the repair was complete. It was totally worth the drive for AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Bought a new Lyriq in November 2024. Love our sales lady! But been having trouble with the new technology service. Had to take it in for service within just a few weeks; the computer screen was not working which in return the controls did not work: cameras, settings, and other controls. The second time; the battery would not charge. They had our new car for almost 4 weeks. Ended up putting a whole new battery in it-the BIG one! Then just last, the third time, the battery was only charging to 57% and was not holding the charge. They had to order and replace some part. Now for the forth time; my OnStar and Cadillac App is not connecting with my car. Was on the phone with about 10 different techs going through troubleshooting exercises for four days (they were having trouble with their systems on there end, why it took so long). The final result; one of the techs ask me if I had it service lately and of course I did with the charging issue. He said the technician at the dealership must have not connected something back internal within the car. In addition, it is only charging up to 65% and is programmed to charge up to 90%. My husband and I are planning to take a trip next month but, have been reluctant to take our brand new Lyriq:(

Throughly disappointed, came in for an oil change. All seemed well until I went to get my next oil change. For my next oil change I took it to a trusted mechanic and he told me the techs here have tightened my oil drip cap so tight and stripped that he couldn’t get it off. Came back to stan McNabb to tell them and they just brushed it off. Just pushed for them to change the oil. I guess we’ll have to wait another 5000 miles to see if they messed anything else up.
