They closed the doors on me 5 minutes before closing time meanwhile I was waiting there for almost an hour. They didn’t even had the courtesy to apologize for not giving me service, I’ve been using this place for many years I guess one less customer doesn’t matter right…

Overpriced oil change and not great service. Management acted like fixing a billing mistake that they made was an inconvenience for him because it would “take a long time- 15 or 20 minutes.” He did offer a discount the next time I came in, but I wasn’t going to come back after the experience and asked him to please correct the mistake. In reality, it took him less than 10 minutes to get the original billing cancelled, and I was one of two customers at 8 AM. So he had the time and leeway to call and cancel it, even if it had taken 15 minutes. I’ve worked in plenty of customer service roles, and part of that is correcting mistakes when they’re made, even if they aren’t fun or convenient to deal with.Service: Oil change

Awesome job! Asked about a tuneup and they didn’t lie to me! Said I didn’t need it, most places will just take your money even if not needed. Said I wouldn’t need one until 75K miles, I was at 48K taking a long trip on vacation! I won’t go anywhere else awesome guys!!?Service: Oil change
