It never ceases to amaze me that they see that the lines are so long that people are backed up in the aisles that they don't open more registers. The management here is horrible.

The existing reviews are pretty spot on for the store part of this location, and while my experiences with service and stocking are the same, I tossed the second star for the Kroger Fuel Center and the attendant here. The gas is excellently priced for the area and the attendant was helpful and friendly. Sadly that is the only positive from our trips here. This is our second visit to this location, as I usually swing through to grab gas and anything we need on the way from antiquing in downtown Columbia. This latest visit was for a few items to prepare dinner with and we walked in and out the same way...empty handed. We swung through the meat to get some chicken and the few packages they had were discolored. Then we needed cream, completely empty fridges. And lastly we wanted some rice...again, nothing. We asked an Associate in the meat section if they had any other chicken prepared and coming out. He acted offended and said "nah" then walked away. Our first visit also produced a questionable associate interaction as the cashier was borderline rude and not what I would call "friendly". Overall, really disappointed in this Kroger location. Next time we roll through Columbia, we will keep our stop to the fuel center only.

I was just in there, spent 21.00 in self check out and before I got out the door the wheels on buggy locked up and young man that was working self check out lanes came out and I showed him my receipt, what a tacky way to treat customers, that right there told me I was not trusted. So be careful when using self check out. I did call the home office and the person I spoke to was not a good English speaking person. Kroger on James Campbell Blvd, I'm Columbia TN 38401. Stay away, they don't value your business.

Sorry guys here I am again! you can blame me all you want, call me an idiot, call me an asshole whatever but I've got to state this because you guys are screwing up so badly I used your pick up service and your app kept adding things that I didn't order meaning that it would double things and then I have to go back and change it then it wouldn't let order thing that by in-store only or I can get it in my order of a pick up or I can get it in delivery but I could not get that same item coming from the same store which should be where they come in she used to do the pick up or delivery you are picking from the same store so I'm not quite sure what that's all aboutme , shouldn't be any difference in how I buy things then It moved things to shipping which I didn't even asked to do so I'm not sure about that but anyway I got my order in for a pick up , I was on time called to let you know I was on my way got there gave you a text to give my spot and then you decide to text me change my time for a hour later we'll I'm already here I have to complain about this I think you you probably in time to call me so I wouldn't even left my home you should put yourself in the customers shoes you can apologize all you want but the customers already there it's up to you to try to fix this problem so it doesn't happen number one if you were running that far behind it probably would've been looking at all orders and get on the phone and make some ph calls and stopped any orders from being processed and let your customers know that you were really running behind so we're going to get the orders together and will call you to let you know if that's OK or at least allow the customer to cancel and say I can't pick it up at this time but you choose to lie and tell people that the order is gonna be ready in an hour which once again then found out you wanted me to pick it up the next day and I know If I had just Waited instead of asking questions through out all of this I would've been sitting there a long time and I don't appreciate a manager that I asked to have come out to my car even though he was a polite person he was not a nice person you know you can tell People in language like bless you heart and we all know what that means and that's a nice comment but it really isn't and so his tone of voice mattered to and so expect what you put out there because the customers going to say something it's going to offend you when you have that type of attitude now by me calling corporate office and complaining and telling them the story and then again re-ordering it myself the next day I finally did get my order however still not right you know I know people make mistakes but come on enough's enough you got to be more careful and if that means taking less orders and take more the with orders and get the job correctly than so be it . I just know this Kroger's on the north side of town has gone downhill since the south store open so much nicer store when I'm willing to drive there I don't have nearly the problems I have at this store I don't know why that is and not sure why you can't keep the people you employed over the years because I see a lot of turnover there but you need to understand this isn't your customers fault this is your fault so don't put it on us think about how and how you would want to be treated in the circumstance of disagreement and believe me I would've never treated a customer the way you all treated me and I'm just gonna say for the most part most of the employees are always very kind to me the employees that are working in the store that is not talking about managers as for management your job is to manage store that means that you should know all jobs so when you're shorthanded so you can put your weight into that and make it better for the employees that are falling behind not sure that that's really happening in your store. ...I have had many positive experiences at this location, but the folks who staff the deli section seem to be in a perpetual state of anger directed towards the customer...I had a member of this particular staff 'holler or scream' at me today when I attempted to make a a purchase...I simply walked away and will make future deli purchases elsewhere...I'm not sure of the 'what or why' the deli staff are perpetually angry at the customers, but the managers might want to do a deep dive to root cause the 'anger and frustration' before something ugly happens...

So I'm not sure why there's so many negative reviews, I've been shopping here for a few years now and haven't had a problem yet. I do prefer the one on the other side of town though mainly for traffic reasons.

Every single time that I go to these store, I have a different situation. Most of the time is with the employees from the Deli, they get mad when you ask for some kind of ham/turkey to sliced. No matter how early or late you visit the store, always have just only 1 register open. They need to fix the issue as soon as possible.

Nashville Hwy Kroger claims to be open until.11pm, yet my husband was rudely told at 10:45pm by self checkout employee they were closed and to leave now, then she turned and started laughing about how she said it to him! Totally unprofessional!

First time shopping online love it . It helped me allot with my knees , it would of been better delivered. And , I wish all my coupons came off the purchase . The guy was friendly & quick . My new way of shopping .

New to town and I hate to say it but this location is a total bust. I've been 3 times and every time they're out of just about everything I need and the produce is just gross. I'll make the drive to the Spring Hill location when needed. Parking is always tough as well.

Anita that works the self checkout in the mornings- always a smile and a good morning - even thru this virus and the horrible way people are acting that smile is still there - she is an amazing sweet person - well done Kroger putting her right in the front when you walk in the store.

DO NOT ORDER online delivery! Instacart will not refund your money and the management at Kroger does not even have Instacart's phone or contact to get in touch with them regarding Kroger's online delivery system.

This is the only store in our area so unfortunately, we have to shop there. For the last six months or so there's been a serious fly problem in the deli and on the roasted chickens. The store basically allows flies to live in the meat area and does nothing about it
