I came in when Kroger opened on Father’s Day as I needed to pick up a few things, including some steaks to make for lunch.
Although it was early, and the team, especially in the meat department, were just getting things set up, Moe, an employee, Took an interest in what I was looking for, and when I spoke with him, I realize that the steaks that I was looking for were not out on the shelves.
I asked him if he had any in the back and he said that the counter opens at 10 AM, I thanked him and I started to walk away. He then told me to wait a second and he went back into the back and he found five beautiful steaks and brought them out for me.
It is employee ownership like this that makes it a joy to shop at a store where people know you and help.

Yeah, I saw an employee named Pam (working at 2:30PM on Tuesday June 3rd) lash out at a vendor. She was extremely aggressive to the vendor. I am a customer here, and I saw and overheard (hard not to when Pam was shouting) her reprimanding this individual who I’ve seen do their job countless times before without conflict.

Always has a good selection of products to choose from. Very clean and organized. Friendly employees when they actually talk to you. The parking lot layout could be better, especially when traffic backs up at the traffic light on James Campbell Blvd.

Shopping is made easy the signs telling what is on every isle. The cashiers were very friendly and the woman that bagged my groceries was so nice!

Store was clean an staff very helpful. They even helped with the discount that was due for lady demoing wrong item the stoe was great an discounted item by $8.00. Awesome staff very clean

DONT PLACE A PICK UP ORDER!!!!!
They don’t ask you what you want substituted they just give you whatever they want. They don’t put the produce in bags yogurt was smashed and busted open apples are bruised. Bananas are broke open. I called customer service. Got nowhere. I placed my order at 4 PM pick up for eight or 830 they canceled for that day so I couldn’t pick it up till 5 o’clock the next day!! The point of a pick up order is convenience. This was anything but convenient ,For her to throw the food in the back of my car!!! NEVER WILL I SHOP HERE AGAIN!!
