As a customer at the pharmacy located at 845 Nashville Hwy, Columbia, TN 38401, I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by Vanessa Gomez, the pharmacy tech, and Holly Sievlds, the pharmacist.
Vanessa Gomez, the pharmacy tech, stood out for her remarkable customer service skills. She went above and beyond to ensure that my prescription was processed efficiently and accurately. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
Equally impressive was Holly Sievlds, the pharmacist. Her professionalism and knowledge shone through as she answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. She took the time to explain my medication and provided valuable advice regarding its usage. I felt confident and informed thanks to her expertise.

I got 2 products that were 20 DAYS out of code. I understand accidents or overlooking because we are all human, BUT.. this is not the 1st, 2nd, or even 3rd time this has happened here. It is not my job to look at every code for every item I buy. How wild. That would take me 3 plus hours of shopping to do. I have a household of 5, who has that time? And if the excuse is short handed or no employees then this company needs to get their corporate greed together and hire for a damn liveable wage, because this is absolutely ridiculous. My household is fed up.It's not just the in store purchases either. The pick up orders are awful always something missing every time. I've gone back in and the item was there. What's the point of a pick up order if you aren't doing the job? And that's almost every time as well. I hate to write a review, but I've reached out to the store manager several times. Yes he's nice, but nice isn't anything if nothing is done or changes. It's just a fake face if nothing is done. On top of it the online agent was even worse. So passive and didn't show any action or concern. I could have gotten so sick. I just needed a refund at this point to take my business elsewhere, because a company that doesn't care does not need to be supported.
