We’re moving out of state and we will miss this place. We always felt our German Shepherd was well taken care of with lots of room to run and play. Highly recommend!

They treat the dogs well and have plenty of room for the dogs to actually run around and get good exercise. And the staff are always friendly and willing to help.

I don't recommend it!!. My dog was so sick with canine influenza, without energy, he loose weight in only 1 week, I still so mad. This happend 1 week ago.

We have been boarding our two dogs here when we go out of town for a number of years. Every staff member I have ever met has seemed to truly love dogs. It's also great that we can check up on our dogs through the kennel's Facebook page. I trust these people with our animals and feel like our girls love coming here.

Kondo Kennel is fabulous. My fur baby gets so excited when we get there. They are amazing about cleaning. I have a small dog that loves to play. He has been with his size and friendly friends. I also love the pictures of my baby while I can't be with him.

We have been taking our 2 dogs to Kondo Kennel for 6-7 yrs now and they LOVE the environment with all the dogs. The negative reviews don't understand how the place is set up and they are taken outside WAY more than most places. Dogs bark and stink and crap and pee. It's HOT outside so they are kenneled. If you don't like that find another spot! If you have one shy non socialized animal they MAY not enjoy hanging with a pack of dogs for a week. Ours love it and do every time. You can watch your dogs on their live feed. Anyway, just wanted to say we've had nothing but great service for our two social animals for 7 years and they are returned healthy and fed and bathed (because we pay for a bath).... again, if you have a small or antisocial pet used to living in a museum quiet environment alone this MAY not be the setup for you. Our dogs go buck a** wild and love it.

THIS IS AN EMAIL I SENT DIRECTLY TO THE OWNER TO GIVE HER THE RESPECT TO RESPOND TO ME AND I'VE HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM. Befor you leave your dog here make sure you're ok that they spend all day in a kennel full of barking dogsAfter speaking with you the other day I was excited to see your Kennel facility and as I was driving up your driveway yesterday I was even more excited as it seemed like a great place for the dogs. The two girls at the counter were very nice and one of them gave me the tour. The dogs were all in their kennels barking like crazy. Some were jumping and able to see the next kenneled dogs and they were viciously barking at each other. I couldn't understand why the dogs were not able to be outside on a mild day like yesterday. There were dogs that were clearly scared, and this really touched my heart. The fact that the kennels do not have high separation between the dogs makes it very unruly. You have two employees that are at the desk talking to each other and not interacting with the dogs. As I was given the tour I was told the dogs went out 4 times a day for about 20 min for pee breaks. What about play time and nurture time? It looked worse than the shelters.These two employees should be outside with the dogs (in intervals) most of the time ,except for probably an afternoon siesta and then at 7pm for nighttime.I advised the young lady that I could not bring my dogs here. You have an amazing place , and could do so much for these dogs. If you were able to upgrade your facility, you would be able to charge more and people would feel comfortable leaving thier dogs at Kondo Kennel. Maybe also have employees that enjoy being with dogs. The other girl there rolled her eyes at me and told me it was very loud back there.Practically every kennel was full, and every dog there was in thier kennel. They do not have enough stimulation to go in their kennel and sleep. From 10a to 2pm that's a long time for these dogs to be in a kennel. Do the owners of these dogs know this?? I wanted to email you first instead of yelping. This has really touched me.

We've been taking our dogs to Kondo Kennel for several years. They take great care of our babies. Everyone is very friendly. I tell everyone about Kondo Kennel.

Without a doubt the best place for your furry kid to spend a day or week. My dog practically drags me to go inside. The dogs get lots of play time including being outside. Check their Facebook page to see pictures and videos. Affordable prices and friendly people that really care about your dog. I drive 25 minutes and would go further for my dog to stay here.

This business did not live up to expectations. When I picked up my dog, his blanket was covered in feces, and he was desperate for water. He was very lethargic after picking him up. It's the day after and he's been throwing up non-stop. He had a great experience elsewhere; I won't put him through returning to Kondo Kennel.
