This was our 3rd time shopping at Furniture Innovation and each time was a wonderful experience. Ed went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and we're very happy with the service and professionalism that he provided.

Please do not ever use this business. Edward could not tell the truth if his life depended on it. He promises items our in stock and even after a month of waiting I still have not received what I purchased. Then instead of having an honest conversation he berates me and makes comments that some people who say our racist. He claimed that all the fire stations in Columbia will only use him, but that was another lie. Shop anywhere but there.

Great service. Picked out sofa and loveseat. Set date for delivery. Delivered on time and set up. Was new in box not floor models. Price was very reasonable.

My husband and I just bought a dining room table and chairs set with a couple of bar stools to match. We are new to the area and were pleasantly surprised to see all that furniture innovation has to offer. If it’s not in store, they can order it for you. Everyone was professional and kind. The same day delivery team were great! Thank you to furniture innovation. Can’t wait to have company to show off the new table :). We will be visiting again for any home upgrades. Would highly recommend.

We are also saddened by the lack of professionalism shown to us by the owner, Ed Ellsworth. Ed was very disrespectful and condescending. When we approach him about an issue with a piece of furniture, or about a delivery issue, the only response we get is "get over it." "We give you good pricing and get the items to you quicker than anyone else will." The first piece of furniture had a cut in the back of the sectional. I had to send him pictures and was told that it had to be in the same quality as when delivered. No pet hair, spots or crumb. Had to call after 2 weeks to see if it had come in. Told me he didn't receive the pictures, which he did through email. So it took another week before we received the replacement. When the replacement came, the driver dropped it off the truck. The driver was also argumentive. We told them to come to the front and he kept saying the last time he came through the back door, which wasn't true. We told them we were not happy with the second section that was delivered, it had a saggy back. He told us he would not order another section for us to come look at the one he had on the floor. He said either we took the one on the floor or keep what we had. He said he would give us a discount, but haven't seen it. The one on the floor had some spots that looked like they had rubbed on the wall. Quality of the furniture is good, service while you're purchasing is good, actual delivery of product and response to issues with product or delivery is awful. We will not use Furniture Innovations again.

I had a great experience shopping at Furniture Innovations. The guys there were all really nice and they didn’t mind that I brought my kids in with me. The recliner chair that I bought from them is amazing. It is exactly what I was looking for and it was very reasonably priced. This will be the first place I look at in the future when I need something for my home.

RUDENESS IS ALL I CAN SAY, I have not been into a business and seen such unpleasant sales people! I will never walk back into there! I am in disbelief how rude he was! And I think he is the owner!!

Friendly staff and knowledgeable about the products they sell. The manager waited on us and did not crowd and push us into a sale. He explained the value of finding good furniture will last.

This was an amazing find for inexpensive Ashley is there, too They sell. all kinds of cool stuff. I went in for end tables came out with lamps a silver velvet swivel chair with a stool , a big picture for the new place and 3 end tables.

I don't normally write reviews, especially reviews that might hurt someone's business. But this time my conscience will not let me not write this review. I will never shop there again and would not recommend doing so to anyone else. I had the same experience as other reviewers here. I feel like these people are con artists. I was treated very well when I went in to the store, they wanted me to purchase a lot. The owner promised we would be so taken care of. I could not even get an itemized receipt before I left and I should have listened to my heart warning me right then to not do business with them. We were told not to worry about anything, to let him do his thing, that he is so good at because he wants repeat customers and has been doing this for years. After the sale, we were treated very poorly. They did not do what they said they would do, which was critical to the items we ended up with. There were several phone calls related to deliveries and then to confirm what they had told us. The staff said they would call "right back," and never did, knowing that they were not going to make good on their word. Written communications were rude and they acted like they had never said what they said. Drove in from another city to sweetly try to resolve things in person, and was treated like a common criminal when I went into the store. Actually said he was too busy helping his dear and important friends to help me . This is not the way to run an honest business or any business, really.

I just received my new sofa and it is just perfect. The delivery men were great and the price was better than any other furniture company around. I highly recommend them.

We were told that the furniture that we wanted was in the warehouse and we could have it in 2 days. Then they called us and said 2 4 weeks! When it was finally delivered it had to be assembled!!! What kind of crap is this. We were stuck with all tha boxes . This is not the way to do business. We are seniors and had a very difficult time. If we wanted cheep furniture we would order on Amazon. We will never go there again and will tell everyone about your store!!!!! They never told us that this stuff was no assembled.

Was in search of new bedroom set. They have plenty to choose from. First purchase from here and I was given a great deal on bedroom set. Definitely will return. No complaints.
