Visited Fox Salon and Spa for the first time last week for a facial. Charlene was my aesthetician, and was so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She shared many tips on caring for my skin. My skin looked and felt great when I left. I will definitely be back in a regular basis to see her.

Had an appointment with Hannah last week and she was quick and efficient. I was on lunch and had limited time and she got me out in less than half and hour while working the front desk also. Great price too.

Let me start with everyone was very nice that I came into contact with. My husband purchased the paradise found package for me which includes the salt glow, massage, facial, catered lunch, shampoo and style and mani/pedi. The first 3 were great. Wait time in between the massage and facial was about 35 mins, so a bit longer than expected but still fine. All my spa things done by 12:10pm, very happy. Then I ate my salad that I ordered from their limited list of lunch places (Zaxbys, Chick-fil-A, O’Charleys or Applebees), in about 20 mins. Around an hr later (1:30-ish), I was finally called to do my shampoo and blow dry. Then on to the pedicure and manicure. My nails are not smooth and are catching on things and the polish was done horribly. No one was at the desk when I was finished so I left, unaware that I needed to check out since all I scheduled was my gift certificate(3:30). I get a phone call on my way home that I owe more money. I owe money for the polish that was put on my toes, that I didn’t specifically ask for or know that it wasn’t included in the package and for my lunch (that “is included but isn’t included in the price”). They ended up not making me pay the lunch but if the package says it includes lunch, it should include lunch. Also, if you want water, all you get is a glorified Dixie cup for water. I went in for a relaxing spa day and ended up more stressed by the time I got home, paying more money. I don’t recommend.

Fox and Company has always done a great job as I have been a loyal client for 10+ years! But you know that saying at work... "Never think that you're too good of an employee to be replaced"? Yeah well, the problem is that they're getting a little arrogant for my liking. They will be replaced. And I sure hope they enjoyed that $100.00 they charged me because that's the last $100.00 they will ever get from me!Services: Highlights

I booked a facial. I was told of the cancellation policy. I said ok but I don't plan to cancel. I was called to confirm my appointment and again told of the cancellation policy and again I said ok but I'm not canceling. I was called again the afternoon before my appointment to remind me of my appointment. I was once again told about the cancellation policy. I again said ok. I arrived at my appointment and was told the esthetician I booked with didn't come in today and they were giving me another person. I was like ok. I fill out paperwork and was taken to the room. The girl that did my facial (does hair and nails NOT facials) basically was filling in because the girl didn't show up. The facial I booked, they couldn't do because they didn't have the product. Also was later told they hadn't had that facial in over a year! So I had to choose a different one. The girl said I can do a basic or express facial. So I decided basic and asked could you add something for wrinkles. She said yea I could put tightening on. My facial consisted of 3 different creams with 3 different hot towels on my face and also my hands wrapped in hot towel. The girl rubbed my face in downward strokes. We all know you don't do that! I left with my face feeling like I had a bunch of gunk on it. Not refreshing not feeling happy not nothing like I should've felt. I voiced my concern to blonde girl taking payment and she basically confirmed everything. Said the girl called last night to say she wasn't coming and they pulled a girl from doing hair to do it. Told her how upset I was and she said I've been here a year and we've never done that type facial and I don't know why they booked it for you. I told her they should preach the cancellation policy to the employees not customers! So I'm out 65 bucks for nothing!! Save your time, your money, and for the love of all mighty your stress level and go elsewhere!!!! Avada should reconsider this salon. It's definitely not up to the Avada standards!! Oh and my facial was suppose to be 50 minutes and at best 35.

Went here for the first time, asked to keep as much length as possible but cut off my dead ends, add longer layers, and some framing pieces around the front. The stylist said ok, then showed me how much needed to be cut off, it was around 2-3". First snip happened and I knew she cut it way too short. She immediately said "that was a lot of hair" as if she was surprised... I kid you not- 6" was cut off my hair and there was nothing I could do about it but let her finish. I let her do her thing, and got out of there asap. Once I got home I noticed it wasn't straight, there were many pieces left longer than the rest and it was hacked to pieces.

I called last minute in the afternoon on a Monday to see if they had any openings for a kids cut. Understandably, they did not. But the receptionist offered me multiple different times that were available for the next day, which I booked. She was extremely kind to me and when we arrived I told the stylist cutting my little ones hair it was her first hair cut. She so kindly saved a piece of the cut hair and put it in an envelope to give to me. She spoke to my little one and made her comfortable. Which made my daughter actually really enjoy her first hair cut. Great service, beautiful salon and it only cost $7 for her hair cut!!

During spring break I went in to get a permanent. I had just broken my shoulder and wanted a perm since there was no way I could fix my hair. I told the woman I wanted a "beach perm". But since my shoulder was broke, if she had any other recommendations for my hair I was open to suggestions. She said a beach perm would be fine. I did as she said no heat and no wash for 24-48 hours. I went 72. One wash and it was straighter than when I went in. I called and went back in to see what could be done. All without even suggesting they made any error and willing to pay for whatever they suggested. The only response I got was a shoulder shrug and put gel in my hair. Well if you have ever broken your shoulder you can not raise your arm to put gel in your hair. I needed help and all I got was a shoulder shrug. Hope it never happens to them.

Terrible results. Went in for a full highlight. Picture on the left was after I went. Second picture was after they fixed it. Never had such a bad job done on my hair anywhere before. First time going there. I won't be going back.
