Brad had an approximately 5 ft, 130 lb man to come install carpet to my great room and office areas. I was told that the “installers “ would move the heavy furniture, well one of my friends had to come help the guy move my furniture to prevent damaging it. To make what is a long story short, I have winded up with poor installation that continues after months of promises to correct the carpet that is not adhered to my concrete slab foundation as well as metal strips that are dangling loose. Brad continues to make unfulfilled promises to have it all repaired. Do not patronize this local business as I regretfully did.

If I could leave a --------000000 star, I would. This place is a complete scam/joke. Our builder sent us to Fisher's Carpet in Columbia. We selected the flooring for our whole home in December 2021. Even paid extra to have heated flooring installed in our master bathroom. The products we chose were not actually ordered until a few months later. At which time, the product we selected was no longer being made. Instead of reaching out to the homeowners to advise us, Brand (the owner) said I told my guy just to pick something similar. We picked out tan/beigs products. The new product that was ordered and installed over our heated floor was jail house grey. Needless to say we had a fit. Now on top of ripping up the nonsense....the heated floor would have to be redone. We go down, select the new product. When asked why he didn't reach out to us. He said (cannot make this up) well you and your hubby are working and busy. I then asked him since we are too busy to make our own decisions...if he will also be raising my children and paying my bills. And in no uncertain terms explained between my husband and I we are well capable of making multiple decisions a day on our own. Then the tiling in our shower begins...the installer installs the belly band accent about 4" off the top of a 9' foot ceiling. Now, we are livid. The entire master bathroom had to be done 3 times. The luxury vinly thru the main part of the house has multiple seems where it is just shy of the wall. The carpet has random seems in every room/closet. Brand Fisher is a complete joke and scam artist! Do NOT do business with him. Oh and one other thing...if you're a woman...he's having NO part in dealing with you. Freaking nightmare. Don't waste a dime with this dude.

After paying over $6k for Mannington laminate flooring, I had issues with Brad trying to get a small amount of padding to finish. That took weeks to get and now had to order t molding off the internet after first contacting him 11 days ago to order the strips. A nice guy, but horrible business owner. He rarely returns texts, promises to return calls (rarely happens) and left me "hanging" too many times regarding when an item I ordered was/would come in. Avoid Fisher Carpet...

My parents ordered hard wood floors 7 weeks ago. Their carpet has been torn up since before Thanksgiving and still no floors and little communication.

Terrible workmanship and communication for the entire job...ripped out my staircase carpet 3 times and it still is not right seams everywhere and no one really seemed to care.Brad is a smart #@% when approached and walked away mid job and returned 3 weeks later wanting payment for what had been done...lesson learned, NEVER again.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Wood floor not properly installed in 2016. After months of delay, Brad Fisher promised to refund my money. Two years later I'm still trying to get him to refund the money.
