Horrible place to drop off your packages. I had an express package shipped on Friday night - very time sensitive for the company I work for. There was no movement all weekend or all day Monday. I called Monday evening and the girl who answered didn't ask anything about who I was or what my tracking number was. Just said they went out today. I said "how do you know who I am?" She responded with "he took the FedEx packages today." Like I'm supposed to know who "he" is or why my package sat around 3 days. I was not happy with the phone call. The only one working there was the dark haired girl at the FedEx counter who had answered the phone. I asked if they could could compensate my company for the shipping and she had no way to do that..so she said. Then I asked her to print out proof of my drop off so I could take it to a other FedEx to try to get the compensation. She said she had no way to do that. I asked her if she could at least look it up in the computer. "No way to do that. Call the FedEx number and they can help you." No they can't because I can't get a human no matter how hard I try. Now someone who just started at one of our sites has no computer still as of today and it isn't expected until tomorrow (a Wednesday). Made my boss look bad, me look bad, and worst of all a new user with no computer. They could have disclosed that no one takes packages out on the weekend. Big booooo from me. Will never use a FedEx ShipSite again. Will just go stand in line at the regular ones where not just any clueless person works..usually.

Got here 16 minutes before they closed and they have all the doors locked with the gates halfway down so they are already "closed"After a 10 hr work day with 2 hour commute, not exactly happy about having to drive across town to take care of my packages now. Thanks Office Max...

I don't like their service I like UPS better because I'm in and out of there and if it's a long line they bring people out and they cut that line really quick FedEx doesn't and FedEx people aren't that friendly
