I normally ever have a problem with this store but I went in there today to get balloons blown up for my birthday and the two ladies in there were very disrespectful and talked to me like I just stupid and Wanted to talk about me while I was walking out like I didn’t hear them and then proceed to try to smile at me like they didn’t just give me the worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. I go to the store and get my balloons all the time. Never had an issue until today. I spent $100 in there and I get home. My balloons are fine. They’re sitting in the floor. I don’t know where the number nine pops. Nobody touched it. Nobody nobody did anything. I called up there we’re not responsible for that. Oh well heaven forbid you do good customer service skills. I’d rather go to Party City all the way in Coolsprings than give this junk place my money again. $10 for a balloon and they can’t just re-issue me one because this one popped out of nowhere..

Best disc golf store within 50 miles, owner is helpful and plays at local club, and advertises when new shipments are in. Prices are somewhat high but that’s expected.

We have literally spent $100,s in this store at a time and have never had issues. Always great customer service until today. We drive an hour to and from this store to visit and make purchases. Today, we lost track of time and instead of a friendly announcement overhead or a kind reminder of the time, two ladies barge at us yelling we are closed we are closed if you want to buy any of that you need to take it to the front of the store now. Another elderly lady was done the same way. This is absolutely ridiculous and by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced here.
