This store used to be good but recently they’re closed more than they’re open. Understaffing is usually what’s on the door but I’ve seen a few of the employees at the new Mount Pleasant location even though it’s mostly self check out. Doesn’t make sense. Maybe pay more and get some help.

Never open anymore. Store gets messier and messier every time I catch them open, which again- is very rare. Used to be a great store, ever since the management change stores been crashing.

Actually this location at my time of visit looked wonderful. Its not normal to see boxes off the floor. Everything well stocked. Floors were clean. Am sure as you know, it doesn't always look like that when walking into a Dollar General. I was able to find what I was looking for and was able to pay and leave hassle free. Great job ? very impressed

Absolutely terrible service the lady got mad because she couldn’t smoke her cigarette and declined use of the bathroom she told us the septic tank wasn’t big enough lol

I've come in here many times and spent literally thousands of dollars in total. Every time I come in, and I mean EVERY time, the bathroom says out of order and the other bathroom says employees only. They have signs posted on the doors and up front with a Tennessee code stating that they do not have to provide restrooms for their customers. This time when there, I urgently needed to use the restroom and literally begged an employee to let me use it and was refused. I asked who was in charge of this rule and decision and she said her and the general manager. I'm not sure what has happened to human decency when another person badly needs to use the restroom and is sent away, but I will never be back here or any Dollar General for that matter. If this location is allowed to do it, so are the rest. What a horrible way to treat another human being. It's sad really.

Very clean store, great parking lot, well stocked. It's easy to stop and run in and get what you need and back on the road. It's DG so you know what to expect. We will be back.
