This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Rude team members. The lack of total customer service. I requested a refil on a sleeping pills and they made a mistake and didn’t order them. I have severe PTSD and insomnia, and when I told the girl I was out, she actually laughed!!! No solutions just too bad! I went 2days without sleeping! I have asked my doctor to use Cigna express for most of my medications and I am switching to Walgreens.

pulled up to the drive thru but closed sign in the window so went in. Never saw anyone in the store but went to the pharmacy, where I stood for at least 5 minutes before Arsheen (according to receipt) found time to make hey way over to the register. Did not say hello, just \\\"name?\\\", \\\"birthdate\\\"....\\n\\nhad to agree to a consult with the pharmacist during checkout. She never said thank you just turned away so I said excuse me, where do I meet the pharmacist for the consult, her response \\\"you don't need anything\\\" and turned and walked away - VERY RUDE to say the least\\n\\nthen on my way I out notice no one is at the front of the store again, but guess whos outside grabbing something to drink from there vehicle then putting it back quickly as they see me coming around my vehicle - strange for sure\\n\\nI will NOT be back CVS with this kind of treatment

Came in for Covid second shot. Guy was checking in someone already. 10 minutes later, they are still socializing. People have things to do besides wait for someone else to have a personal conversation in a workplace. Believe it or not, some of us actually work and have places to be and limited time.

I had a COVID appointment today at 4:50pm at the 814 Nashville Highway, Columbia, TN location. When I arrived, roughly around 4:40 or 4:45, there was a line wrapping around the building. There were at least 4 or 5 cars in front of me, all but one were going to the COVID testing lane. I waited until a little after 5:20 for my COVID test. When it was finally my turn at the drive-thru, the lady informed me that she had to get permission to do my test because they “don’t normally do tests this late”. I informed her that I had been in line since about 4:40pm, to which she reiterated that they don’t normally do tests this late. I’m not sure how I was supposed to be the next in line at 4:50pm when there were other cars in from of me? She made me feel as if I was causing a huge problem, when I was in line before the time of my test. I have never experienced such awful customer service! This is the last time I will visit this CVS location.

Isn't CVS a nationwide drug store? The dumbass in this pharmacy wouldn't fill a prescription that was written out of state even though I live in TN. Not to mention they fill others that are in their computers. The other CVS would have filled it but they were out of it. Got to love their inconsistent policies. Walgreens had no problem taking their business.

Beware! My wife had a prescription for the antibiotic Levequin. This prescription was prescribed by her doctor for a sinus infection. When my wife went to the new CVS Pharmacy in Columbia to pick up the prescription she was given Levetiracetam a Epilepsy seizure medication! Thank God she looked at the side effects described before taking the pills & realized it was the wrong medication! This could have been a disaster & was confirmed to be the pharmacy fault.
