I opened my account in Spring Hill and use the Columbia branch frequently, every single person I have worked with at both locations has been helpful, attentive, honest, kind and punctual not to mention just truly nice people all business aside. they are great with day-today banking and always helpful with any of the curve-balls life can throw your way.
You would be mistaken to bank elsewhere when this kind of service is available.

I LOVE my bank on Garden Street. United Community bank is the place I'm referring to!! My favorite employee...the gentleman supervisor ( I forger his name, I'm sorry!). Before his promotion I told his then supervisor how personal, caring and professional he was and that he should be promoted. She told me at that time, that he was going to be, in so many words. The next time tcane into the bank he took was a supervisor!! You CANNOT GO WRONG BANKING WITH UNITED!!

Ever since the merge they have just become rude and not helpful at all I feel like I’m going around in circles when I call to get some help with something and most of the time by the end of the call nothing has been changed I’m going to have to switch banks
