Some zoned out dudes work here, much rather prefer O'Reilly's. Had to get coolant, and they couldn't tell me what to get for my vehicle. Just stood at the front desk, and kept mumbling stuff to me.

Amazing Review for AutoZone Store Manager and Jocelyn Retail Sales Associate
I recently had the pleasure of visiting the AutoZone store on Main Street and was blown away by the exceptional service I received. The store manager was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to listen to my needs and provided me with expert advice on the best products for my car.
But what truly stood out was the outstanding service provided by retail sales associate, Jocelyn. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience. Jocelyn was friendly, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products and services offered by AutoZone. She patiently answered all of my questions and made sure that I left the store with everything I needed.
Thanks to Jocelyn's exceptional service, I was able to get my car back on the road quickly and efficiently. I am truly grateful for her dedication to customer satisfaction and her commitment to providing a positive shopping experience.

Just left the store on james campbell. I went in looking for Alpena Temporary Window Repair Kit to put on my driver's side window that I can't get rolled up. I was greeted when I walked in but I was never helped. Two people were at the counter. One was helping someone, the other just ignored me. When I was leaving, the one who was at the counter came outside to help another customer who just came into the store. This is not the first time this has happened.

They’re always very helpful. Will read your check lights for free and tell you what you need replaced. Employees are always friendly and willing to help you in whatever way they can.

Did not have my pigtail on the shelf but nobody else in town did either so not even home Depot or Lowe's it seems like everybody wants you to do internet rate for 2 or 3 days to get it anymore
