“I found Jimmy Russell by doing a Google search for Honda/Acura repairs and service here in Columbia because I just didn't want to go to Franklin to the dealer nor all the way to LaVergne to the other Honda specialist to have my Acura serviced. Mr. Jimmy has 5 star reviews. I know if there were any problem the reviews would show it. He is a very nice and personable man. He knows his Honda stuff. After discussing my car's timing belt service on the phone I knew he would be the man I would take my car to. He did everything he promised and I got my car back when he said I would. His rate was reasonable for the services he did to the car. He Over-Services the car for less money than the dealership charges for less service. I highly recommend him. We will be using him as long as we have a Honda product or until he retires.”

Backstory so my car has been hit twice while parked and they have fixed it to where it doesn’t look like it’s had any damage my car was also keyed from front to back they fixed it they do an amazing paint job and repair on it my car looks brand new ever time! And they even vacuumed it out ! Which was a plus for this mama ! I highly recommend them with any body damage! They are so kind and have amazing Communication skills! I was stuck on side of the road on a Saturday with my car beeping, telling me not to drive anywhere, bc my car could potentially explode. (That’s how it felt.) I called multiple places to see if I could get my car towed there, but everywhere was either closed or couldn’t service a European car.
James answered, and I explained the situation. He was closed, so he couldn't take my car. But he took the time to hear me out and walked me through it. He told me exactly where to go to get help and waited for me to call him back to help me. An absolute gem!!!!”

“I made an appointment for today & got to Central Auto Repair almost exactly at 10 AM when they opened. Felix is a good natured man & greeted me with a smile. He had the exact key with attached remote for my 10 year old Jeep. He cut the new key & programmed it to my Jeep quickly & efficiently!!
I was out the door in about 20 minutes & his price was less than 1/3 of what a dealership quoted me! The dealership wanted me to drop my Jeep off for 3 hours “because it takes a long time to program the key!”

“I was worried that my car was in need of a new alternator. I took my vehicle to 2 Vets Auto Care. They quickly diagnosed my issue and told me that it was just a loose connection. They checked it out quickly and I had my vehicle back within an hour. Clint Nosbisch was very professional and definitely knowledgeable. He went the extra mile and cleaned the connection points for me. 2 Vets didn’t charge me for the diagnostics. I will be bringing all my family vehicles to 2 Vets when they are in need of service.”
“We have a Lexus Hybrid. We were told by Lexus that we needed to replace the battery. It would be almost 10k out the door. We searched all over Franklin and everywhere was the same price because they had to get the battery from Lexus. Apparently the battery alone was 6k. The strange thing is the car was reset and no more issues. We still were looking to trade it in or sell it bc we didn't want to pay 10k. A friend mentioned TLC automotive. I took it there told them what Lexus told me and how much it would cost me. They literally quoted me half. I was so excited we immediately dropped the car off. To our surprise they said they checked everything and nothing was wrong. My husband said the battery we need it. They kept trying to get it to light up and the car was fine. They told us it didn't need anything. They could have easily just changed the battery if if they didn't think it was needed. We would have never questioned it. They were honest and informative. We will take all our Lexus and Toyotas there.”
