“In case you’re like me and have made it 16 years without needing auto body repair done, let me just forewarn you - it’s not a quick process. I was expecting a week and it was 4. They gave me a 3 week heads up so I was mentally prepared but once they get in there, it’s highly possible to find more problems, more parts needed, which all equals more time. I learned throughout the process this is a fairly standard turnaround time - at least when your damage was as extensive as ours was.

Shoutout to Savannah, Steve, and Jeff! They were also super kind and helpful throughout the arduous process of massive body repair. I pray I never have to come back but would definitely send anyone I know and love here knowing they’d be well taken care of. Also huge shoutout to all the people who worked on our car as well!

Our car literally looks brand new. And upon picking it up, it was fully detailed inside which was a beautiful touch to 28 days without my car.

“Bernard was easy to get a hold of by phone for questions I had, and it really easy to book online. I love the free pick up and drop off service. SO HELPFUL! Zion was there 5 minutes early to pick up my vehicle, and was very professional and kind! I greatly appreciated that he helped me unload a few heavy items from my vehicle. (I have a neck condition and couldn’t lift everything myself.) I am very impressed that my car was returned to me early, within just 4 hours! The upholstery looks so clean, and I was also impressed at how good it smells. Exterior is shining more than I’d ever seen it. I have an old beat up vehicle that greatly needed a cleanse. “There are two good carwashes in town, and this is one of them. Mister doesn't offer some of the amenities (free cleaner spray, towels, and compressed air) that are offered elsewhere, but the wash and vacuums work, and the job gets done. Also, the wash quality is better than the other option close by. On this side of town, Mister is your best carwash option.

Give them a test wash and see what you think. If you like the result, you should sign up for their wash membership. It's definitely the best way to go. When I signed up, the wash attendant was honest and helpful. They will help you choose which membership option best suits your needs.

Fleet vehicles are not eligible for their normal wash program, but I understand that they have membership options for fleet vehicles available.”
