So you can buy a new 7 cubic ft deep freezer from Walmart for $197 or, you can lease it from Aaron’s for a whopping total of $970. This company is not in the business of offering a competitive niche in the market and making a nice 50% profit while doing it. No, they are gouging the pockets of the disenfranchised. These predatory, class dividing business practices make me ashamed to share the same name as this company.

An employee gave out my personal number to someone I've had nothing to do with in over 10yrs. She's never had my number until he gave it to her & she's done Called me 2x. I've also made a formal complaint with corporate. It's a violation of the HIPPA LAW!!

My washer has been paid off in full since December. Aaron’s keeps calling me to hound me into buying something else from them. Even after I told them they have nothing else I want or need. I finally had to block Aaron’s phone number

Rip off. And apparently their ok with identity theft. Never again. Do not go here. Don't keep their word. Do not follow through with what they say they gunna do give 0 stars if I could.

I'd leave zero if it was an option!! So I bought a couch about 2 years ago took about 18 months or so to pay off carried the insurance on it in case something happened to it which is pointless being my home owners insurance already does that but was told it's just policy untill it's paid for. Since then I have been charged for insurance on a monthly basis after repeatedly calling to cancell the worthless policy since it doesn't cover it being damaged (dog chewed a coushion and they can't get a replacement even if I pay for it). I am at this point irrate that my card was ran again after the last person I talked to assured me that my card wouldn't be ran again. I usually don't like to leave negative reviews because I usually just choose to not go back somewhere that I'm not happy with. But in this case I've tried calling and canceling worthless insurance and have been assured I wouldn't be charged time and time againonly to be suprised with another 11$ charge time and time again. if this isn't resolved I have to inconvenience myself and order a new bank card which is assanine. At this point I want reimbursement and proof that my card is removed.

UPDATE:I have not been to Aaron's in 2 years. I was in need of a new sectional so I decided since Columbia location was under new management I would stop by. Not only did I find a very nice sectional that was I not able to find anywhere else but Miss Ashley made sure I got a great deal on it. Thank you!! The customer service was AAA+++VERY Unprofessional! I have 1 payment left on my washer and dryer. I am now being hounded for more business. The problem is the management team is VERY rude and unprofessional. My washer has had a national recall for months that Regina has refused to take care of. I have been lied to about repairs that they told me were set up, just to get me off the phone I am sure)no one ever showed up. I can't walk into there to make a payment without being hounded about 2 things. 1, what am I buying next, answer is NOTHING! They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced! 2, My son in law and I get told all of the details about his account which violates federal privacy law because I am not an authorized third party to his account. Someone posted earlier they trash talk customers in front of other customers and that is very true. I am done messing with these people, I will just turn them in to the FTC

Im almost ready to stop dealing with Aarons. I will talk about my payment, set up dates.. have never been late... and then im rudely asked when will i be making a payment? I JUST talked to them about my payment a few days prior....... I returned a few items that i havent invested much money in and went to another company, but my washer and dryer has already been invested in too much to return. i will be very happy when this set is paid off so i can never have to deal with this store again EVER.

I just love Aarons. I have gotten most of my home furnished from them. Just recieved my new sectional on Friday and I just love it. The people in the store are just great. I love that when I come in they cut up and carry on with me. Jeff and Garnell are just great.
