This place has the best ice cream in town and the other things for sale in the store are also very nice. I love their glass figurines especially. I have also gotten balloons from there and loved them.

The Balloon Shop is a wonderful part of the downtown community! We love this store. The owners make us feel like family every time we walk into the door. Check out their boutique items, ice cream selection and yummy sandwiches during lunch. You won’t regret a visit to this sweet shop!

VERY friendly owners/operators. Homemade ice cream, $3 for a generous scoop! Prices haven't changed a dime since I've been going. They also have a lot of little gifts and goodies, and of course a good variety of balloons! Must visit place if you're in downtown Columbia.
