“Clean and staff was friendly and prompt. Always nice to see different offerings. The term treasure hunt is always part of the experience.
Would like to see more registers to be added for self checkout as lines going half way thru the store is silly. Also need to add hand scanners to help move faster. If someome messes around they will carch it at the out door.
Overall always a good adventure.
Mid-afternoon seems to be the lightest traffic.
Good sales are always worth a look. I like death star * shopping. Not many ☆s this week.”

“Nice restaurant that is in the front of the Costco store. You can get pizza, hot dogs, chicken bake, drinks, and frozen dessert here. I have had several of the items from the food court and they have always been good. They have fountain drinks but if you do not want those there is a vending machine that sells water for twenty-five cents. There is usually plenty of seating but during peak times it can get crowded. Not bad for the price and it can be convenient.”
“My husband and I had to get gas today and stopped at Sam's Club Gas Station. There were long lines but we really didn't have to wait very long. Apparently this place is very popular. Thanks, we appreciate being able to fill up our vehicle. The man that worked there was very nice and kept the place moving along in an orderly manner.”
“I know they're busy but the counter help is quite rude. A big white girl about bite my head off when I asked her where my food was. The value can't be beat a hot dog and a soda 1.65. There pizza is tasty, sadly they only do pepperoni and cheese, they used to have a combination Pizza but I feel not enough people ordered it they're ice cream is so good and you get plenty of it, you can get strawberries or you can get chocolate, they have lots of combinations that you can try and the ice cream is super cheap, in price, not quality. I do miss the hand crank onions, you could crank out all the onions you wanted for your hot dog, but now after covid they have all disappeared. I think stonger staffing would help this location. There just under staff, they try to use the assembly line method and it causes big log jams of people. Management should really get involved with this problem that they're having.”
“Great experience. We went on a Saturday afternoon, had 2 tires put on in about an hour. I always used Gateway and Sams, Costco offers much better tires for much cheaper. Costco has free installation, lifetime road hazard, rotation and nitrogen air at no extra cost. They were 50.00 per tire cheaper than the other club chain. Very friendly, quick service. My new tire store!!!”
“Last night was my first visit to Costco pharmacy. Paige the pharmacist on duty from my phone contact to picking up my prescription customer service was awesome. I was never made to feel like I bothered her even thou she was exteremy busy. I could tell she really cared and for that I can't say thank you enough.”
“I very much appreciated fine customer care I received yesterday at this Costco. Checking out I mentioned to (checker) Jasmine that I was frustrated that I had purchased I thought 2 bags of Freshpet dog food 1 or 2 weeks earlier not knowing it would now be on $5 rebate. Jasmine suggested I go to customer service & request a rebate for these (shortly) earlier purchases. I was thrilled to be given rebates due to Jasmine's thoughtfulness. I am 75 with new orthopedic procedures on both knees. My Costco purchases yesterday were over $300. Toward the end of loading it all in the van, my strength was badly waning. Just then Costco employee Rudy came over & with great warmth & care said: "May I finish loading your groceries & take your cart?" No one has better customer care than Costco.”
