Had to deal with Crystal, who apparently is a team lead in customer service. An angry employee that shouldn't be in customer service. Not helpful and not personable. She is one reason I won't return to Walmart. The other is that they don't accept Apple Pay. I didn't realize this because I rarely shop at Walmart anyway. This trip made me realize that I'm not missing out by avoiding them altogether.

I used to come to this store all the time because they used to great but today I had some poor customer service. I was trying to buy a couple of things in the store and recently 3 employees here were rude and had an attitude problem about it including a worker who was a "shift leader" I used to have a lot of respect for this store as they helped me recover my lost phone here a couple of months ago but I they just lost all my respect for the customer service for that reason. Only reason they deserve a star is because the people who greet you when you come in are kind and respectful. As a paying customer this is unacceptable and it shouldn't take 3 workers to get mad at me for buying over $50 worth of stuff in the store. Management needs improvement in this store because they're many unprofessionals working here.

They are always fully stocked as opposed to the location closest to my home. Friendly and helpful employees. Not enough cashiers but this location is heavily equipped with self check stations. When I have spent 45 minutes shopping and have a basket full of items I really don’t want to self check. That’s the only thing negative about this location.

I AM A 15 YEAR PLUS WALMART SHOPPER AT COLLIERVILLE, THIS WAS MY GO TO STORE. I LOVE THE NEW FLOOR PLAN BUT I HATE NOT HAVING ANY CASHIERS TO CHECK YOU OUT. I HAVE BEEN IN TWICE THIS LAST WEEK, HAD A BASKET FULL EACH TIME BUT WENT TO CHECK OUT AND NO CASHIERS. IF I SPEND MY MONEY I WANT SOMEONE TO CHECK ME OUT LIKE THEY USED TO DO!

The young man who brought my purchases to my truck, "Dev", is an excellent customer facing representative for your company. Mr Dev has outstanding customer service etiquette and is very personable. This young man has a bright future in whatever career he pursues with his very approachable demeanor and positive attitude. Great experience for me as I am usually not the one who does the pick-up of groceries. Thank you kindly, Dev, I appreciate you!

Great store, kinda lost that Walmart feel though ever since they remodeled it to look like a target store. Great grocery store & so glad they've updated their health food options. Also beautiful home goods department. ?

Every time you need an item from one of those locked shelves, it’s a pain.Instead of having a button for you to call for help, you have to go to customer service, they will call for help on the speaker, and nobody ever shows up on to unlock it.

This store deserves 0 stars but you must leave at least one in order to post a review. I never leave reviews but honestly, this has been a long time coming. As a resident of Collierville, we are so limited to where we can shop that is relatively affordable. We have Kroger and we have Walmart. I travel frequently and visit Walmarts all over the country and this is the only one with the most consistently poor service. You will always see employees walking around talking and doing nothing but yet there is typically only one or two humans, scanning groceries. They have remodeled the store and there are many self checkout lines now, but even all of those are not opened and when I have a huge basket filled with groceries ($300 worth at least), I do not want to scan and bag all of those. If I wanted to do that, I would go to Aldi. Moving onto the garden center, well the gate is never opened back there and there’s never someone working back there ….the Walmarts that I visit in other cities and states always have an employee working in the garden center and in the summer and spring months and the fall planting months ,there is always an employee and the gate is always opened. But the thing that bothers me the most is the fact that the large majority of the employees working at this Walmart are so rude and lazy. Don’t even try to complain to anyone because you suddenly become the bad person and they take great offense to it. I’ve literally been cussed out before for complaining. I have no idea why I continue to subject myself to the nightmare that the store is, but this past Tuesday was definitely my last…. I hate everything about this place. I would rather pay triple than to ever go there, don’t ever ask for a manager because you will never ever find one. And What is with the entrance and exit signs? Lol. How backwards can you be? Just go and you’ll know what I’m talking about. The store is total trash.. I have even tried to call corporate to make a complaint on it but I ended up hanging up because I was sent overseas somewhere and I can’t understand what they’re saying so I’m not dealing with that either. I will drive to Germantown and go to Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods… I get sick of going to Kroger because it’s always out of everything so we’re kind of screwed in Collierville on grocery stores.

The other thing is that all the Walmart that I have been to, there employees have an attitude toward certain culture. They are not friendly. Today, they still treat certain people of other culture like shirt. Ordered online but returned item back to this store. This was my second time returning the item to this store. Customer Services person told me that their system is messed up to give me an refund, etc. They told me to go to another store. Yes, twice that I had to drive to different store to get my refund for the items. So, when are they going fix the system for online refund? Management needs to take notice.

If I could leave a negative 10 star review I would. Every year for 5 years I’ve bought my son an ice cream birthday cake decorated with whatever theme he wanted. Last year we did one with spider man. This year the young man at the bakery told me they don’t design ice cream cakes. He then called his manager and put her on speaker phone and she had the audacity to call me a liar ! Saying they have never theme decorated an Ice cream cake and that I was lying! You can guarantee you have lost a customer and I will drive an extra 15 mins out of my way even for groceries because I will never return to this Walmart again. ALSO NONE OF YOUR LOCATIONS IN MEMPHIS ANSWER THE PHONE!

Do Not order online. I ordered an item twice. both times the order was cancelled. called the Customer service line Said it was a problem in their system and there was NOTHING THEY COULD DO. Thing is, the item was 30% cheaper online than buying it in person. So this "error" seems to be a way for them to not honor an online sale price. Walmart.com stinks on ice.

Seems that This store really doesn't want actual people to shop, they prefer online without the hassle of needy customers. This is the attitude myself and another customer had tonight waiting unsuccessfully over 30 minutes for someone to unlock the dressing rooms. Never happened. I broke the rules by giving up and using the restrooms to try on the jeans. Of course there was nobody to notice. Another customer & I waited 7.40pm to 8pm. We tried to ask several members of staff and were greeted with SHRUGS! the customer tried cust.service, nobody was paged. I went to the three ladies hanging around the self checkout and got a wordless shrug, I asked what I was supposed to do, can I try my clothes on i the bathroom? No. Nobody tried to page anyone. Back to waiting around, flagged down a couple of people doing online shopping for customers -no use , I went back to the same ladies to "Team Lead" I asked was someone going to open the changing rooms? By then there were 3 customers, nothing happened. I tried clothes on in the bathrooms, paid & left. Sorry to inconvenience the staff by being a live shopper who required help, & not an online shopper. I hope the renovation includes hiring better staff, I am cust svc manager, I would have fired a couple of people on the spot for that attitude, 10 years as a customer at this Walmart, the only "Service" i had was the greeter and one lady at a register that went up and asked to page and she went to customer service and had a page for customer needs help. Of course false hope, it was ignored. Forget it I will go from Cville to Winchester from now on

On an expedition to Walmart, my main goal is always to finish as quickly as possible. This visit went well. No issues to report. I don't understand the deal with having 1 human-operated register open during what seems to be the busier times, but what do I know? I don't have a multibillion $ business at this moment, but I'm working on it.

I'm tired of buying these straightalk phones from Walmart. Tall are literally cheating people out of they money. Why does it constantly happen when the phone just stop charging with in the first week of buying it. That's not good service at all. Them having to buy a new phone again. Yell are just trying to make it where people constantly have to come and spend money on the messed up phones. I got a warranty too but can't find my receipt. I Don't even know if I can trust the warranty.
