I was chastised, and accosted before my appointment with the optometrist. it was a very hot day and the AC Wasn't working. I just needed a quick moment to adjust my testicles away from my thigh and security GROSSLY overreacted. I didn't have any time to pull my pants up and was dragged through the parking lot, I will not be returning

Collierville, TN 6 pm I got a text telling me my new glasses are ready for pickup. text states they close at 7 pm. I google the hours to make sure. I jump in the car and drive to Walmart to pick them up. Young man sitting there looking at his cell phone informs me there is no licensed optici available so I will need to come back in the morning. I have a JOB!! I cannot come back in the morning. I asked for suggestions. His response was, " Well I guess you will have to come back on the weekend!" Today is Monday. He says there is no one there after 5 that can dispense my glasses. I have been going here, to this Walmart for years. Never again!! If the optician leaves at 5, you should close it down and don't send me a text that says you are open until 7 pm!! Self checkout, bankers hours?? I can't deal with it anymore!!

Dr. Wyatt is amazing! I had a very complicated situation with my vision and even though she was fully booked, she allowed me to come in as a walk-in. She stayed after hours a couple of times and took the time to thoroughly exam my eyes and went through every possible senerio to find out what was going on. I lost a lot of vision in my left eye, but if it wasn't for Dr. Wyatt, I would've gone completely blind. Thank you so much for truly caring about your patients and going above and beyond to make sure they receive the best treatment and customer service.

Ordered contact lenses as they are on my insurance plan. Lens never came and I returned to the store to inquire about the status of my contact lens delivery. employee informed me Walmart vendor no longer had my brand of contacts.Walmart did not contact me and unaware my contacts contact would never be delivered until I arrived at your store to make an inquiry about my order. After returning to the store for an extended period of time while two employees tried to figure out how to re-order my contacts that I pre-paid for, I was told I would receive an email with updated status. This is the best they can do. Poor communication, poor customer service, employees are poorly trained how to access insurance information already in Computer. This is the last place you should go to get contact lenses or any kind of services.

After seeing the optometrist located at this location, we went to the vision center with a prescription for glasses. The guy who helped us was kind, fast, and friendly. He looked up the insurance so that we could get the glasses paid for, and he let us keep the prescription so that we could order some online also. He made sure to thoroughly explain the current COVID procedures so that we knew we were staying safe and others would be also. Once we decided on a pair of frames, he made sure that we the lenses would be able to fit (large prescription) and that we had any extras on the lenses that we wanted. Then he told us the glasses would be ready to pick up in a week. Exceptional service :)

Buyer BEWARE! If you are looking for customer service and a ethical business? This is NOT the place. A faithful family of 4 who have been filling their prescriptions for glasses and contacts faithfully since 2009 just got scammed. Had our annual visit to this store in October 2020 where we paid for in full and received our prescriptions after validated insurance was applied to bill. Then out of no where in April 2021 (6 months after purchase) we receive a bill from Walmart for $194. No explanation to the charges or matching math to our receipts. No problem we thought. We can just stop by and see the local staff where we made the purchase to determine what is going on and resolve this obvious error. Unfortunately, this was not the case. We stopped by to see them and they said with Walmart's policy there is nothing they can do at the local level on trying to resolve the mistake and we were informed we were on our own to call an 1-800# to attempt to straighten this out ourselves. We called the 800 number the Collierville staff gave us which turned out to be less helpful than the store where we were rudely told we owe $194 with no explanation to why. We will take whatever additional steps necessary to straighten this out but will obviously never be put in this position with them again. Do yourself a favor and learn from our pain.

Candy was so awesome in helping me find the perfect pair of glasses while keeping my budget in mind. I will never go anywhere else again to get my glasses. Love our team at the Walmart Vision Center.

The WORSE customer service ever! I hate this location! I called Collierville Vision Center asking to transfer my prescription from another location that is 40 miles away from me to Collierville location that is 12 miles away, for my convenience. I am told that I must physically drive to another location to pick up my prescription and bring it to Collierville. Why? I called the Winchester Rd location and I was told they would be happy to fax it to Collierville. The Collierville location then tells me that it is not their policy to fax or receive faxed prescriptions from other locations. Then whomever (a man) answered the phone at Collierville, starts to argue with me about policies from location to location. Again, why? Why is one location willing to work with me but not the other. Unbelievable. Looks like a trip to Memphis after all.

Absolutely ridiculous service. No respect for customer and their time. Run like a government office. We walk in there @ 550 to collect glasses and the lights were already turned off. The closing hour is 6pm. Not sure why they would turn off the light at 550 pm or before 6. Like i said customer service is at its worst in this center. The manager at vision center is of no help either. I want to escalate this to regional manager or store manager.
