The other thing is that all the Walmart that I have been to, there employees have an attitude toward certain culture. They are not friendly. Today, they still treat certain people of other culture like shirt. Ordered online but returned item back to this store. This was my second time returning the item to this store. Customer Services person told me that their system is messed up to give me an refund, etc. They told me to go to another store. Yes, twice that I had to drive to different store to get my refund for the items. So, when are they going fix the system for online refund? Management needs to take notice.

Do Not order online. I ordered an item twice. both times the order was cancelled. called the Customer service line Said it was a problem in their system and there was NOTHING THEY COULD DO.Thing is, the item was 30% cheaper online than buying it in person. So this "error" seems to be a way for them to not honor an online sale price.Walmart.com stinks on ice.

I ordered a cake for my wife's birthday and was supposed to pick it up at 8 this morning but I got there at 7:30 to get my order to find out that they have not even made the cake and no one was there I have the confirmation on my phone on Wednesday confirming the order but no cake has been made I asked to speak to a manager and the young lady up front said there are no managers here just the lady over the front end and she can't help you what kind of customer service is this I met Mr. Sam and this is not what he invisioned the only person that was trying to help was the young lady baking bread and I'm thankful for that ,but this needs to be addressed not a good way to start off my wife's special day

Both my son and I experienced items being double scanned by different check out clerks. He caught his and went to customer services for a refund. I didn't realize until I left the store. Called the manager but no answer. Called corporate and they said someone would call back within 3 business days. 3 days past and no call back. It appears this is a common experience at this store and not an accident. Watch the scanning and check your receipt before you leave the store.

Literally stole from me. I ordered a ring at the last minute the day before my wedding on December 16th. I waited 40 minutes in pick up before giving up and requesting the order be cancelled. My partner and I instead went to Reed's Jewelers in Bartlett to get our rings. Somehow, magically, on the coldest night of the year, December 23rd at 6:27PM (two days after the time limit had expired to actually pick it up), my order was "picked up" likely by one of the employees who then pocketed the ring and my credit card was charged. I have contacted Walmart and filed a complaint. I will also be disputing the charge with my credit card company for fraud.

Lines were crazy long. But they had ample self check out which saved the day. Very standard Walmart configured like most other Walmart's. My daughter wanted some fidgets and we found them in row N10.

I visited this location since I was in the neighborhood. I found a few items that I was looking for even though the store wasn't organized and they were very low on stock in a lot of the departments. Of course, they lines were super long; however, the cashier was super nice and friendly even with a long line of customers there.

This was my local Walmart in Collierville for years, but they were in a small location down the street when we first moved here, before a supercenter came to town. I have made many trips here over the years, despite my sweetheart general reluctance to talk a walk on the Walmart side LOL I have quite a few stories where Walmart has been the solution that saved the day and I am just not going to pretend it's funny to bash people or a company because it the fashionable thing to do, but I digress. They have all the amenities of a supercenter and the folks were always nice and friendly. The inventory is well maintained and my only beef was a couple of hiccups with the auto service department over the years for oil changes. However, they redeemed themselves when they went above and beyond on a tire warranty deal. Their garden center is well-done and I appreciate that and the grocery department has nice organic selections and the bakery is spot on. Bottom line: I'm not going to say that this is an amazing location but I have been to a half dozen area Wally Worlds and this one is by far the best all-around experience, period.

Who is the idiot that came up with holding customers hostage to show their receipt as they exit the store? That is the DUMBEST idea ever. Here is an idea put that person on a register and stop having everyone in one line ringing up their own freaking groceries. Also, keep things in stock. Not one theft has been stopped by the poor "show your receipt police" person. Some of them are being downright ugly trying to force people to show their receipt. I refuse to stop and get in a second line just to leave the store. I will return all of my purchases before I show my receipt. If there is theft then you need to look at your security team and make them do a better job.

Terrible. They can't keep stuff stocked so you end up having to go to another store to get all the things Walmart was out of. I have lived here 3 months and already seeing a theme. Check pics for examples. And the lack of cashiers while I see employees just walking around...ugh. Such a waste of my time.

OMG!!! I have just had the most amazing experience at Walmart. 1) The phone was answered when I called, and the lady was VERY helpful. She forewarned me that my car would not be ready until 6:00, and I decided to go any way. (I appreciated the heads up.) 2) Once I got there, Ms. Denise even remembered my voice and mentioned, "I think I just spoke to you." She then forewarned me about the wait again. She assisted me with the most pleasant attitude, but she also verified my tire warranty and made a copy for me to keep for reference. WalMart, you have a real jewel with Denise in auto at the Collierville, TN WalMart. You will see this post in multiple places because I want to make sure she gets the recognition she truly deserves. Thank you, Ms. Denise!!!
